Another awesome experience! I recently started my second lease at Camelback BMW and had but another AWESOME experience! Craig Rusin, my “go to” salesman, made the process as enjo I recently started my second lease at Camelback BMW and had but another AWESOME experience! Craig Rusin, my “go to” salesman, made the process as enjoyable as possible. His laid-back and “non-pushy” demeanor is what keeps me coming back for his services. I have been to many dealerships in the past that are stuffy and intimidating. Camelback BMW and Craig Rusin are the exact opposite. My Mom was recently in town visiting from Chicago and was interested in the X3. Craig actually met with BOTH of us and gave my Mom the low down on the X3 while making her feel welcome and comfortable. Craig did this knowing that she would most likely be purchasing the car in Chicago. I believe that within itself speaks volumes! Thank you Camelback BMW and Craig Rusin for another spectacular car buying experience and for once again going above and beyond!!! More

I must have driven 4 or 5 vehicles and each time she brought a different set of keys, it was with a smile ! Even after I had made my choice well past 8:00 pm , I retuned the next day and changed my mind to buy the 740 i instead of the 5 series she continued to make me feel like and old friend and a valued customer. Tom the desk manager topped the whole experience off by meeting all my request and worked diligently to keep me with in my budget. They both made me one pleased customer and never once did I feel pressured . You guys are great. More

blatantly deceptive sales tactics I purchased a M550I in November. Custom designed, ordered in august, and waited more than 3 months for it to come in. In this time frame i did not rec I purchased a M550I in November. Custom designed, ordered in august, and waited more than 3 months for it to come in. In this time frame i did not receive a single update from my CA Elliot, by phone or email, not a single courtesy status update. In fact the several times i called and emailed for information each time without fail I ended up speaking with or reaching out to a manger as Elliot was always busy and way too slow to respond. I never received a survey after my purchase, it appears this dealership does not do the customer satisfaction surveys which does answer a lot in terms of the level of service i received. One issue i had with this dealership is the intentionally deceiving price negotiation. I asked that they tint the car which I was told is 389 dollars for a standard tint. We worked this price into the price of the car, but it turns out they provide tint to all new cars they sell at no cost, yet my CA intentionally mislead me into believing they would throw in the tint for free as an incentive... but the tint was always free, he had me be believing i would be getting something extra when i was not. After we negotiated the price and terms under no certainty could they guarantee certain things like interest rates and length of the loan and incentives since the car needed to be built and delivered first they had no idea what would be available at the time of purchase, 3 months later. Only what would be available at the actual time of purchase is what they could offer. Well no big surprise things changed, and in order for us to keep our interest rate we needed to shorten the length of the loan, which we did. there was also a manufacturer incentive of $3000 available now which was not available when the car was ordered. So i figured I’ll take the good with the bad and the loan will cost me more per month but at least i get the incentive to offset it... or so i thought. There was a flat out refusal to revisit the price by my CA Elliot, i told him about the new incentive and he said absolutely not we will not give that to you we feel your car is cheap enough. I’m not kidding this is almost exactly what he said to me. So i was forced to pay more per month for a shorter term loan, and i did not get a manufacturers rebate meant for the customer because they felt like my deal was good enough... so Chapman basically had their cake and ate it too. Anybody who has ordered a car before knows the standard practice is the incentives at the time of purchase are the ones that matter, the incentives at the time of order and negotiation mean nothing cause no one knows if they’ll still be available when the car comes in. Lo and behold it was my lucky day as BMW offered a black Friday incentive of $3000 on my model, but the dealership decided they will keep that money themselves. full disclosure i did get a $1000 of the incentive only days later when they needed me to return to the dealership to fix a mistake by them on the paperwork, they needed me in person to sign, and probably thought this would get me in. Chapman essentially stole $2000 from the customer, me. The car was basically held hostage i would either not get the car or not get the incentive, i certainly would not get both. This was extremely conniving and deceitful, any dealership that keeps customer incentives for themselves is despicable, and should be avoided like the plague. I usually walk out laughing when i catch a dealership doing such a dishonest practice, but in this case my custom car which i waited 14 weeks for was either take it or leave it... i took it, i did not want to start over. The icing on the cake was everyone there said they were too busy to show me how the car works, granted it was a holiday but i couldn’t care less, they had plenty of people to take my money, but all their geniuses and my CA were too busy to show me how the car works. It wasn’t a sorry please wait we will get to you, it was a not today we aren’t even going to try type of thing. Everyone was very sorry, but none the less too busy. The car was 96k and when i finished with the paperwork i got a thanks bye. 96K got me a here's your keys and get out we are done with you now. No help on how the car works, the maintenance schedule, the quirks, i got a sorry we're busy you have to go. I had to call the bmw hotline just to set up my account with the app because my CA did not make the time to do it. In contrast i purchased a jaguar from Penske in Scottsdale last year and not only did my CA stay with me an hour after close to set up all my app accounts and go over the car, he then took me off to the gift shop and gave me hats, shirts, water bottles, key chains, a license plate frame, and a windshield sunshade all complimentary... i provided a 10 out of 10 on his survey. Cost of the car aside, i expected more from BMW, with any price any vehicle, and i am very disappointed at the customer service and enthusiasm displayed by the dealership. It could be my fault, i expected a lot, as i have from Mercedes and Jaguar over the years, but i got nothing, I’ve had better experiences purchasing used cars as a teenager than i had at this dealership. i have never once in my life not had someone go over the car with me after the purchase to make sure i new how to operate and maintain it... this was bizarre, not something i expected from BMW. I do love the car, and i will probably purchase more like it over the years, but not from this dealership." More

Circumstances led me somewhere else for my last car, but I heard from Steve periodically, and so I kept him in mind, and this year, I called him to help again. Steve is honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with. No high pressure tactics of any kind. I cannot say enough about my experiences there, and will definitely see them again. More
