I have been looking to purchase a BMW for quite some time. I have visited several BMW dealerships in the area. I was greeted upon arriving at Chapman on Camelback by my salesman Larry Wise. He was ve time. I have visited several BMW dealerships in the area. I was greeted upon arriving at Chapman on Camelback by my salesman Larry Wise. He was very friendly and courteous. I was shown several cars that may work for what I was looking for. My purchasing process went very smooth. There were a few loose ends to tie up as far as detailing and such, due to the holiday week. Larry called me to set things up and everything was done in a timely manner. I have bought several cars, and have actually told Larry more then once, that I have never had a car buying experience quite like the one at this dealership. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Larry Wise as a salesman to any friends or family members. I am loving my new car! Thanks Larry!! More

Got the car we wanted and Joe Lena was very helpful. Great service and follow up. New 5 series drives like a dream. I took the wife's Z4 in for annual service under the certified pre-owned warranty in May of 2012. The service advisor told me that the rear tires had the belt coming through the tread and that the rea certified pre-owned warranty in May of 2012. The service advisor told me that the rear tires had the belt coming through the tread and that the rear tires need immediate replacement. I knew that the tires were coming near the end, and had them checked about a week before at Discount Tire during the free air pressure check. I looked at the tires and saw nothing of whet he said. I then took the car back to discount tire and the tech gave me the same results inside rear of rear tires 4/32 outside rear of rear tires 7/32. The reason for the difference is the staggered rims on this car and the independent suspension. The front tires were even at 6/32. Chapman BMW also told me the front tires were almost worn out at 3/32. If there was a way to post a picture of the rear tires when they were finally replaced in September when the wear bars hit 2/32. This dealership is only interested in the bottom line and will deliberately falsify information. They are not to be trusted because of these fallacious practices. DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR BMW. More
I purchased a certified 2010 128 i convertible on a Saturday with expectations of it having certain factory installed options. When I took the vehicle back for post delivery item repair,I was told that Saturday with expectations of it having certain factory installed options. When I took the vehicle back for post delivery item repair,I was told that these options apparently were not installed on this vehicle. Instead of giving me the run around, I was immediately given a loaner to drive and BJ Geisler set about making this right. He located another vehicle which had the options I expected as well as others. He worked with his management to exchange vehicles without additional cost to me, even though this car had more expensive options. He even offered to have the new car delivered to me at home along with the paperwork so I would not have to drive back to the dealership. The ethics and customer service shown by Camelback BMW go far beyond any that I have experienced in my 40+ years of car buying. More
I drive a 2010 335i sedan 18,000 millage. car is still under warranty. "low Battery Discharge" came on on the computer board. took it in and they told me I have to leave my car overnight to check battery. under warranty. Then they me told me that my battery has gone bad because I left my hazard lights ON for a long time! which I NEVER did! I argued with him and told him that I never left my hazard lights on, but insisted that I did and offered me a battery replacement for almost $300.00! It's not covered under the warranty since it was my fault allegedly! A week after I have to move to Northern Virginia DC area. I took it in at BMW of Fairfax and have them check the problem. Ready for this? The battery was not the problem. It was the cable mechanism on the battery. You can never TRUST your dealer! More

They stole my car from me and would not give it back after i traded it in. The law states I had a 3 day 150 mile lemon law but they told me they dont have to fallow that law. More
Sales people lied to me as to origination of car. Never returned calls when issues arose. Refused to give my money back within 10 days of purchase.
