I am a person who likes to do my research. When I arrived at the dealership, I knew the two models in which I was interested. I had modeled the configurations I preferred online and knew the MSRP. arrived at the dealership, I knew the two models in which I was interested. I had already valued my trade with Black Book (never Blue Book) and worked out a loan amortization based on the above information and the special financing rate the manufacturer was offering. In short, I had done my homework. All of it! The worst thing the dealership could have done was misrepresent facts to push me into a deal I did not want. I am absolutely thrilled to say that my salesperson, Kim Reid passed the test with flying colors. Kim listened to the types of vehicles that I was interested in seeing. Then she went and got testers of those two vehicles. She got it so close, that one of the vehicles I test drove, is the one that I drove home. But that was not before Kim scoured her inventory database to make sure it was the closest thing possible to what I wanted, with no superfluous extras to enhance her sale. She answered all of my questions directly and honestly(I know, because I had already read-up on half the answers). It only took two rounds of negotiations (one to get the trade value right, and one to get the financing product and rate right) to get me to the deal that I had already calculated. When I requested that one item be looked over before delivery, Kim got it done and gave me a loaner to get me back and forth the next day. I had not settled firmly on a BMW before meeting Kim. A lot of standard "car salesman hustle" could have easily lost this deal. But Kim's experience, professionalism and attention to customers got me a car and won Chapman BMW a new customer. I can confidently recommend her to any potential buyers! More

My entire experience with this dealer was great. Moving from Canada and establishing finances in the States was a difficult process. This was the second car we've gotten from Kim after returning the first upon lease expiration. We took for granted that the other "luxury dealers" would be at least equivalent to Chapman on Camelback, returning the first upon lease expiration. We took for granted that the other "luxury dealers" would be at least equivalent to Chapman on Camelback, in terms of service and helpfulness, so we looked around prior to going back. It didn't take long to realize that not only would we be getting the superior car at BMW but we'd also be getting superior service from Chapman on Camelback. Once it came time to make the deal, they went out of their way to find us the perfect vehicle and structured the acquisition to meet our terms. All of this took place while the GM Doug was entertaining our your children, in the lobby. They really made us feel like family. The experience doesn’t end after you acquire the vehicle, either. Taras and the rest of the team in service do all of the little things that make you realize why it is you purchase of the BMW caliber, beyond the exceptional driving experience. From the state of the art facility as you arrive and the attention from sales and sales management, to the service team’s exemplary performance AFTER you make the purchase, Kim and Doug are truly the best. Needless to say, they have earned our business for life. We’ll definitely go back and would encourage anyone we knew to do the same. More

I am writing in regards to Kim Reid who made this an exceptional buying experience. Anyone can make the first sale, but the true test is when you go back and have a question about something what kind of service do you then get. Recently I returned to ask Kim some questions regarding my navigation. The time she spent, the willingness to make sure I had all my questions answered and then going the extra mile by texting me some additional information went above and beyond typical service levels. I am an employer of 600 retail employees, and consider myself a good judge of customer service. You have a great associate in Kim and she should be recognized for high level of caring and support.
