Fast, easy, low key I decided to drive way out to Decatur because Shannon was faster to respond than any others, offered best price & awesome stress free experience! Mos I decided to drive way out to Decatur because Shannon was faster to respond than any others, offered best price & awesome stress free experience! Most of the deal & negotiations were done through text the day before I came to the dealership. That was important to me with my schedule. Another dealership wanted me to come in & “meet” everyone before giving any price quotes. I had a car I liked picked out at both places. Shannon’s sales approach & follow up worked best for me & my schedule. When I got to the dealership there were no surprise addons. The whole deal including sales, finance, and car clean up took about 1 & 1/2 hours total. I came back 2 months later to buy a used car. Shannon had been looking for that kind of car for me. We tore up the contract and I purchased another new vehicle at a different unrelated dealership. What a nightmare! Very unprofessional!!! More
