Excellent customer service and a great vehicle! This is my fourth vehicle I have purchased from Shannon and he never fails to astound me. From my daughters first car (Hummer H3) with the payments This is my fourth vehicle I have purchased from Shannon and he never fails to astound me. From my daughters first car (Hummer H3) with the payments that were spot on. To my Hummer H3T that I found online in another state and even got it shipped down her to Alabama no less. Then fast forward a few years and there I was looking at a vehicle for my other two daughters to learn how to drive. I gave Shannon an idea and sort of what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for in his used car inventory. Now this next part really shows how much Shannon and his team there at Champion Dodge in Decatur care. I have had my 2005 Dodge Ram (Babe is what she’s called by family) since 2007. Bought her while I was stationed at FT Hood. Now this truck has NEVER let me down from multi state moves from Texas to Virginia and the to Huntsville Alabama. Every dent, ding, spilled drink stain on the floor board and even the hand print on the roof has a memory to me and my kids. I went and saw Shannon and told him I was thinking about a new truck but I had so much sentimental attachment to my Dodge and I was on the fence. Shannon showed what he had stock and crunched his numbers and then I crunched mine. Heck I even had the weekend to think about it. Talked with Shannon on Monday and told him how I felt and if there was ANY way my daughter could by my Dodge. Shannon told me “let me see what I can do”. Well he floored me as he worked his magic and why I gave up my Babe I know she’s going to a good home and that’s with my daughter. Now I haven’t figured out a name for my new Dodge but time will tell. I am extremely pleased and thrilled to be able to have the new seat truck I have ever owned now and my daughter was able to Babe. So this has been one heck of a super Monday and I owe it all to Shannon and his team at Champion Decatur Dodge. Would I recommend a Dodge my answer is yes I would and the first person you should talk to is Shannon. Really mean from the heart thanks for making it work out Shannon. More

In my search for a new 2019 Ram 1500 I scoured the nation for the best combination of price, dealer, and service. I searched over 25 dealerships through phone, email, and personal visits. I searched as far away as 4500 miles from my home. I received prices from all these dealers but Jim & Ben were able to get me the best price possible. The truck I wanted had to be ordered. Jim, kept me informed throughout the process. I may have called, text, and emailed him more than the norm, but he handled it very well. When I came to pickup the truck Jim gave me a detailed description of every feature. The financing department did their job very well. I am very pleased to have worked with Jim and Ben.
