Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Two months later, got an alert stating the washer fluid was low. I called the dealer and requested that a free oil change be done because if they did not bother to ch got an alert stating the washer fluid was low. I called the dealer and requested that a free oil change be done because if they did not bother to check this, what else was missed? I was asked if I attempted to fill it up on my own to check if there was a leak. I had not filled it on my own as I would have lost the proof there was no fluid. I was then told I could come up and have it topped off and I would be given a free gallon of washer fluid for my trouble. I stated again that I wanted a free oil change as I was not confident that the multi-point inspection was completed properly. I was told the filter would be checked and if it was new an oil change would not be performed. I promptly hung up the phone. I spoke with Tom in service who clearly did not care about my $40,000 investment in Chevrolet nor did he care for my safety concern that other things could have been missed. I have since filled up my washer fluid and there is no leak. While the offer of a free gallon of washer fluid is kind, it does not make up for the fact I am losing my time and vehicle all because someone did not do their job. More
Took my dad 3 thousand dollars senior and a vet on a ss income to fix his truck had it for a total of 6 weeks 3 times back and still runs the same way it came in. Talk to service Manger Tom said he call me back been 2 weeks and call to him nothing. Then call the General manager of the dealership Mike Mosser and no call this dealership is nothing but trouble no calls back just take money and run. If I own the dealership I would make sure my customer would get a call back. So 3 months of my dad ss money spent is wasted thanks to this dealership. Taken advantage of a senior nice job More

If I could give no stars I would the level disrespect my sister experienced after giving them three weeks of employment. How when he was gone on a weeks vacation and for her coworker Megan to sit there and hear it all and not even stand up for her is ridiculous. As many complaints as people have given this doesn’t even surprise me. My family is highly disappointed and have already taken legal action against this racist establishment. I hope no one else ever experience what she had to. This has been a first for us. Everything was recorded by her when she started to feel uneasy about the meeting that Tom himself set up, so let’s see them lie their way out of this More

Overall I have to say they have been nothing but friendly as well as courteous and treat their customers like family. I have bought a few cars from them over the years and every time it was a pleasure which is why I keep going back! More
WORST!! I mean hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Sales isn’t the issue with me nor my family. We pay cash for our cars so we’ve always been taken care of on the sale side! Mary Latshaw and her manager Tom Kaiser have horrible customer service! Mind you my husband and mother in law came in the same day roughly 2 years ago and cashed out over $40,000. My husband makes an appointment to get truck looked at for 2 things. When he brings in truck on a Friday Mary says it won’t get looked at till next day (sat)—smh. We decide to leave vehicle because we wanted to see how the service dept is and if we were going to switch our other vehicles here. Top of his form has $572 under labor so he asks what is that amount. Mary lied! She didn’t say that’s roughly the fee of diagnosing your car and what your responsible to pay if you don’t get work done here. She tells my husband, that’s the most your labor can be!! Her words!! See they don’t want to tell people how much they charge for diagnosing! Just say you charge an absurd amount for diagnosing a vehicle. So after having our truck from fri-mon without communicating with us anything unless we called and asked I decided just to get light fix. I paid for the part and took the truck. Mary said part will be in Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. It’s Friday and still no part. This place is a joke! I’ve had better service from a backyard mechanic smh My thing is this is a dealership, not a free standing mechanic shop. These are customers of the dealership, why are you charging so much to diagnose, why are you all so comfortable to screw over your customers? The customer is always right until you get here. She called my husband a liar and being a business owner ourselves that’s a no no!! Mary needs customer service training and she needs to learn not to play with her tongue ring when talking to customers, so Trashy! I personally use SELLERS BUICK IN FARMINGTON—BEST DEALERSHIP HANDS DOWN!!! Diagnostic fee 99, and they communicate EVERYTHING! No lying, awesome work, great curtesy transport and the coffee shop is a nice addition. I will be taking my husband and my mother in law to sellers!!! Great job on loosing a customer that has for years paid cash for vehicles with you! More
I have a leased 2020 Equinox with just over 12,000 miles. I made an appointment for an oil change and told the service rep there was noise coming from the left front of the car. I asked if it could be chec I made an appointment for an oil change and told the service rep there was noise coming from the left front of the car. I asked if it could be checked at the appointment and was told it could. On the day of the appointment, I again told the service rep about the sound coming from the left front of the vehicle. This was especially after she told me that a wheel alignment was needed, along with the oil change, at a cost of about $300! This was based on sensors in the floor upon entering the service area which indicated uneven tire wear. She said the wheel alignment would also probably take care of of the sound. The repair detail indicates the service tech did an inspection of the steering and suspension system but did not note anything. The sound was still coming from the left front of the vehicle after this service. To make a long story short, I took the car to another dealership because of the continuing sound, and I was given a loaner car as I have no other means of transportation. This dealership inspected the car based on my information and found a defective ball joint on the left front of the car. This is part of the steering and suspension system supposedly inspected at Matthews-Hargreaves. The part was replaced and another wheel alignment had to be done. This was all a covered warranty repair!! I have since learned that a bad ball joint causes uneven tire wear (hello! wheel alignment). If left unrepaired, it can result in loss of control and a possible accident! I requested reimbursement from Matthews-Hargreaves for the wheel alignment/wheel balance that should have been part of a covered warranty repair. Service management hasn't been responsive so far. Since I can't give a no star review, one star is for the oil change. More
TOOK MY 02 TRAIL BRAZER IN TO BE REPAIRED HAD BATTER DISCHARGING THEY CHECK IT OUT SAID IT WAS MY ALTERER THEY REPLACE. STILL DONING IT ! ALSO HAD SOME ROUGH RUNNING ENGINE THE CHECK IT OUT AND SAID IT DISCHARGING THEY CHECK IT OUT SAID IT WAS MY ALTERER THEY REPLACE. STILL DONING IT ! ALSO HAD SOME ROUGH RUNNING ENGINE THE CHECK IT OUT AND SAID IT WAS MY FUEL PUMP ! STILL DOING IT THEY HAD IT FOR SIX WEEKS THEN SAID IT WAS A PLUG CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAND 1100.00 TO REPLACE I SAID NO AND HAD IT CHECK AT MUFFLER SHOP AND THEY SAID NONTHING WAS WRONG WITH THAT. I PAID THEM 3000.00 DOLLARS AND IT STILL RUNS THE SAME AS WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEMSO I AM OUT 3000.00 FOR NOT A DAM THING. More
