Terrible service i went in and talked to a sales person he downtalked b lots and said they sell trash and convinced me to shop there so I bought a used car from them and was told that I’m buying it as is s he downtalked b lots and said they sell trash and convinced me to shop there so I bought a used car from them and was told that I’m buying it as is so I just asked for my own comfort what if somthin happens to this car I was told by George fink and his higher up “ we will fix it and get you into a running car in the meantime” he then proceeded to tell me that nothing should happen it’s a good car so I decided I wanted to buy the car he said he would have his service team do a full inspection and detail and I could come get the car the next day so I came back and got the car all was well until I got home and it was leaking coolant within 2 weeks white smoke coming out of my exhaust and my check engine light came on I took it to get looked at and they said there was a problem with the engine so I contacted them back explaining my problem and was told to bring it to them to look at they looked it over and told me I’m going to need a new engine and it would be 6k for a used engine with 110k miles on it and then proceeded to say they can’t do anything to help me I asked to speak to a manager because I had just got the car and that didn’t seem right to me and he told me I should have gotten the car checked out before I bought it even tho they claimed it was being inspected before I paid for the car I was not put into a rental and now I’m stuck with a used car that won’t drive thanks to champion Hargreaves these guys are very unorganized and very unprofessional if I knew that I was being lied to and buying a piece of trash I would have went somewhere else More
My entire experience was just one line of BS after another. They too 2 weeks just to get me in. They kept my car for almost 3 week to fix the air conditioning and all it was was one excuse after another. They too 2 weeks just to get me in. It took over a week just to get the parts they needed and they told me up front it might be "a day or two". I could've driven the car around for that week instead of dropping an extra $500 on a rental, but they didn't care. Customer service is not their priority. This is so true, that they have an entire team of BS artists so that you never talk to a technician or a manager, just a bunch of liars wasting your time. No wonder they charge 3 times as much for work that's half as good. More
Body shop service department worst customer service. I guess the dealership and owner is making to much money and don't need any more business. More
If I could give a negative star, I would. Had a terrible experience here many years ago and it took everything I had to go back. Salesman didn’t call back with quote when said he would, when he did he knocked $250 off. I get there to do paperwork and wrong bank on insurance, everything had wrong address and took FOREVER to get into the finance office. Fast forward three days, and my brakes are squeaking like crazy and the TPS is on and losing lots of air. Called and called, left voicemails and no response/ had to finally call the service manager who got me in. They “fixed” it by sealing my rim and buffing rotors. Made me call AND pay for an Uber to a friends house. Well, my rim is indeed not fixed as only light was back in within 48 hits. Called back Holly; and I’m here 2 weeks later still waiting for the return call on what the solution is… and NOW…. My car won’t connect to any devises, screen is black with “DEVICE CONNECTION” error: never again. Do not go here. Selling used bad cars is a xxxx shame. More
I had to get my Yukon fixed for service. It took forever and I understand that but I needed my vehicle to go on vacation. Well after a week the car was still not fixed. I was told to rent a vehicle and go on vacation and that I would be reimbursed. I did and went on vacation. I rented a similar vehicle to what I owned and when I got back I turned in the rental bill $1600.00 for the week. The service manager took my reciet for the rental to turn it in. After 3 more weeks I received a check for $414.00 with no explanation. I have tried to call several times to get an answer why I only received $414.00 not $1600.00. I am still waiting for the answer. Not Happy More
This dealership has an absolutely deplorable service department. I end up coming out with more issues than I had prior to bringing my truck in. I just drove 45 min to buy a car that I was promised was on hold for me. I got their and they told me it was sold and tried to sell me a totally different vehicle. The sales team is out of touch. To top it off the $70k truck they had on the showroom floor was covered in dirt. I buy a new truck every year and have been all over the state to different dealerships. This dealership is by far the worst of all. It is not even worth 1 star in my opinion. I believe it was a scam in the first place as they didn't not even try to call me to cancel the appointment which was the first one of the day. I have contacts at GM and plan to share my experience. We purchased my 2020 Traverse I had been leasing and leased a new 2022 Equinox. Jeff and Nick went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact style of equinox I wanted and all the blacked out accessories I had to have. Jeff was super friendly, polite and professional! He kept me updated and informed of everything the entire process and answered any questions my husband and I had along the way. My car seriously looks awesome and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I will absolutely be back here for all of my car needs. Already planning on coming back to black out my husband’s traverse next! Thank you Jeff and Nick for everything!! More
So the Salesman wants to do a soft hit to see if my Fiancee and I qualify for a used car. He assured us that it was a soft hit so we agreed to see what we would be looking at spending per month and if Fiancee and I qualify for a used car. Wait! What? He had created 3 hard hits on my credit report that won't come off for 2 years. That's not even the worst thing. My fiancee had 5 HARD HITS on her credit report an they weren't even with the same banks that were on my report. Why the xxxx did we have 8 hard hits when we only looked at 2 cars. I have bought a few cars in my life and have never had more then one hit on my credit report at any time. They will deceive you. This place will never get my business. And we were going to buy that car until this happened. NEVER AGAIN! We went to another dealership and are going to purchase a car with them and only one hit on my report More
