Test Drive turned into Purchase I did some research online through various websites. I knew I wanted a truck. It was between a Silverado and a Colorado. I had never owned either so did not know which one would be "right" for me. I contacted the dealer online with one that "looked" right and seemed to have the right options and price. I may have been lucky to draw Kathy McFarland as my sales professional, but she was able to find the perfect truck for me. It was love a first drive. Kathy's knowledge of the Silverado was excellent as I think she was or is a current owner of a Silverado as well. There was no question she could not answer about the truck's features and options. I dont know how Kathy did it, but I were to custom order a truck the ones she showed me would have been them. At no point did I feel I was being "sold" anything. This was quite a refreshing experience. More

The next sales people we dealt with seemed like they didn't care if they made a sale or not. Even talked to one of the "Hargraves" about this. Promises were made that we would have help soon. Nothing. Now the second time my headlight has burned out on the 2015 Equinox within a month. Soonest appt they could get me was in two weeks. I can't go that long without a headlight. So I called another dealer got answers and getting my vehicle in tomorrow. Stay away from Matthew Hargreaves, big HEADACHE! More

This place is a JOKE! Probably the WORST dealership and management that I've ever done business with. Will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone. Went looking for a car for a friend and I left with one. I went after Memorials Day so it was extremely busy. I went to look while my friend was hoping to leave with a car. It was just the opposite considering I'm the one that left with a car. The sales associate (Heather Bessant) was very helpful and friendly. She was dedicated to fulfilling my needs in what I wanted in a car and its price. I love my new car. More

Took my chevy trax in for a recall and it literally took 15 minutes to get approached by anyone. NO OVER EXAGGERATION. Only reason I was helped is because I was heard ranting on my phone with a friend on whether I should just go to mike savoie instead (chevy of troy). In those 15 minutes the only thing an employee said to me was "sir could you please move your car up?" so that other people's cars could be taken into service or leave. After that I looked up and I was the only customer standing by his car looking around with confused big eyes wondering if I was invisible. The rest of the service garage was clear. Everyone else was taken care of....except me. More
