Very disappointed Found a used car online at this dealership. The advertised price was on the website. when we visited the dealership and acted interested in this car t Found a used car online at this dealership. The advertised price was on the website. when we visited the dealership and acted interested in this car they told us that the price was incorrect on the website, so they raised the sale price and said this is not uncommon. They would not honor the advertised price. We decided to purchase the car anyway. Drove the car off the lot and made it 2 miles away from the dealership and the check engine light came on. We called the salesman but got no reply. I would never return to this dealership again. Buyer Beware. More

My husband went in on Black Friday and they were super busy. Jackie was very patient and eager to help. She called him when things settled down. Due to recent surgery I was unable to go. They drove the vehicle to our home so I could see it. The next day she had all the paperwork ready so I could just sign and drive away. She was so caring and understanding . I also saved money on my new lease. I would definitely recommend Matthew Hargreaves! More
It has been a Very negative experience since day after purc! In October of 2015 my wife and I went to this dealership to buy a new car. I had already been pre-approved online for the vehicle that we had been in In October of 2015 my wife and I went to this dealership to buy a new car. I had already been pre-approved online for the vehicle that we had been interested in for some time. We had no interest in leasing, we were buying.... with that said, we found a Chevrolet Cruze LTZ RS Limited which had a sticker price is 27000. We didn't haggle we didn't give a difficult time to anyone simply took tge pre-approval information in and proceeded to make our way to the salesman. Should have been an easy transaction for all involved. Now a year later we have had to have that same vehicle in there for warranty work multiple times and each of those visits that required warranty work, the vehicle had returned two to three times after that warranty work to make up for damage that they had done to the vehicle during its repair. Our vehicle is just not the same since they've gotten their hands on it. We take great pride in our possessions and therefore this vehicle looks brand-new after a year I can assure you of that. And they take absolutely no pride in the way the vehicle is returned to the customer nor do they take any pride in the way the work is performed. Multiple trips for each warranty issue again to cover their inept ability to get the job done right the first time. In our most recent visit today due to a very poor idle that's causing vibration in a vehicle.. my wife dropped it off this morning after making an appointment 2 days ago she ended up waiting over an hour and a half for a shuttle to get her to work and it still never came she ended up having to have somebody from her job come get her because their shuttle driver wasn't answering his phone and truthfully probably could care less. Then she received the call several hours later indicating that they weren't able to duplicate the problem even though they were already aware of the problem having been made aware of it through previous phone calls and being told that the vehicle should be dropped off early in the morning so it can be kept and looked at... However they decided that there is no problem with the vehicle and now we must take this to General Motors and or another dealer to try to have this resolved because why should we have a vehicle that's a year old already going to xxxx and our dealer who's supposed to back us doesn't. In all sincerity I do think I'm contacting an attorney! If I were you, I would make your purchase elsewhere trust me you have no idea the amount of aggravation that we have had and we have tried to remain calm and diligent with his people and they do not care.. The general manager Walt is the only person in the building who seems to have an understanding of what it takes to get business and/or keep it coming back. But just the same he is at the top of the food chain in this dealership in the problems persist so that tells you there's clearly a leadership issue with in this establishment. More

I had the vehicle of my choice and reasonable lease payment with minimal down payment(taxes on rebate +1st month payment + title and registration). Bryan Nicholas a fair sales person , not pushy / overbearing, yet knowledgeable and willing to negotiate. Kudos to M-H and Bryan. More

Scam artists 1. I am a younger female who brought an older adult relative in to her to help buy a new car and the salesman rarely spoke to me, even asking the man 1. They lied to me several times about how things were included but then at he last minute would say "oops my bad" and I'd have to pay. 3. They told me under 36,000 miles I was completed covered under the manufactures warrant. When I scheduled the apt for a service check, they didn't mention a cost and then told me they would charge me almost $300 just to CHECK a couple things, that wasnt the actual repair costs. They then said not everything is covered in the warranty. Please spare yourself the time and money to go here. More
