Lug nuts My niece had a tire rotation and oil change. Well Matthew Hargreaves service employees missed lug nut class and didn't put all of them on the tire and My niece had a tire rotation and oil change. Well Matthew Hargreaves service employees missed lug nut class and didn't put all of them on the tire and the ones they did, they didn't tighten which could of caused a serious or deadly situation. She deliver part for her job and drives on freeway. She notice loud noise and found the lug nuts missing and not tighten. Matthew Hargreaves acted as if it was no big deal. More

It's crazy how messed up this whole car sale was.. Plz don't go to them. And my car I bought they had it 5 weeks out of the 2 months because their shop scratched half the car doing a simple oil change!!. Must be the first car they ever dealt with.! Matthews-Hargreaves friendly and great service I was renewing my Chevy 2015 Malibu Lease and was looking at the 2017 Equinox. I wanted the AWD since my daughter would be driving the vehicle during I was renewing my Chevy 2015 Malibu Lease and was looking at the 2017 Equinox. I wanted the AWD since my daughter would be driving the vehicle during her PA rotations. The price was a concern. Matthews-Hargreaves gave me a great deal on an AWD Equinox that was less than a FWD model from another dealership. Little less gas mileage with the AWD but in the snow it is an awesome feature to have. A great experience all around. The Equinox rides smooth; comfortable seating; very easy to handle and loaded with tons of features; love the heated seats; Bluetooth; hands free phone and sliding fold down rear seats. Again the Sales manager and my sales associate were awesome. I would highly recommend the dealership and Chevy/GMC vehicles. Jerry Lisjak More

Bought a car and they scratched it several times Bought a car with 30,000 miles in perfect condition, took it back for tire rotation and they scratched both front rims refused to replace them Bought a car with 30,000 miles in perfect condition, took it back for tire rotation and they scratched both front rims refused to replace them, they resurfaced the rims badly and scratched them again, also drug my front bumper across a parking block and smashed in the valance , now the car has been in their shop for a month, I only drove the car 7 days they have had it 4 times as long, now it has to go back to this dealer to fix the same rim and replace the valance, they refused to fix the valance till I pointed out that they did the damage for the 10th time . The worst dealer in MI. Stay away their a huge waste of time and money. More
