It’s an oil change, it was scheduled it was standard, nothing wrong, nothing added, you took something simple and made it complicated — way too much paperwork, way too many signatures. Why, I don’t need busywork while getting my car serviced. No new chairs in the waiting room , they are hard to get out of, floor in service drive-up is worn out, what happened to the complimentary sandwiches and cookies and pop in the waiting area? The push-plates on the restroom doors is about ten to twelve inches to low , you could fix this easily. The coffee was good, thank you dealerrater just call it feedback. More
