We had been to several other car lots where the salesmen try to sell you cars that you don't really want. Cory patiently sat through many test drives of many cars. Cory found the perfect car for our son and help negotiate a fair deal. The Champion staff was helpful and supportive staying late to help finish the paperwork so that we could take the car home that night. This is the second vehicle that we have bought at Champion in the last five years and both experiences have pleasant and friendly. More

The ticket writers are knowledgeable and have good attitudes and communication. I met the technician who performed the work and he also had a great attitude and thoroughly explained the root cause of my check engine and gave helpful details of the repair. This was a complicated repair that needed the professionals and I am pleased to report. This team is the real deal. Down to earth get er done efficiency with quality throughout. Will be recommending to other dodge owners and returning for any other repairs in the future. More

He answered all of our questions quickly, detailed options about features, delivery and cost quickly. then when we had pretty much settled on what to purchase, put together a fair trade-in deal, fair discount off new car selling price, then worked with Paul Scardino to put together final deal. All was very easy for us, went very quickly. Then once purchase was underway Joe taught us features and how to use them on the "C". Lots there, he knows all. Service Department I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and two weeks after driving it off the lot the air bag light came on. Took the vehicle to the service department to I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and two weeks after driving it off the lot the air bag light came on. Took the vehicle to the service department to have it checked, of course they couldn’t find anything. A few weeks later, we recived a recall for the wiring harness in the seat that causes the air bag light to come on. Took the vehicle and they changed out the wiring harness. A few months later, it comes on again, they cant find anything wrong. A short time later another recall. Well this has happened over and over. Now the ABS, Traction control and BAS lights are on. Made an appointment a week ago for Tuesday October 13, 2015 @0830. Get there tell the service desk guy what the problem is. He tells me you will have to pay a diagnostic fee of $95. I explained this vehicle has had some sort of electrical problem since we have owned it. He verified that there has been a problem with the air bag light but not the others and since it has 54,000 miles I have to pay the fee. FINE I will pay the fee. At 230 I have not heard from them and they will not answer the phone. So I go up there and our vehicle is sitting in the parking lot. I asked if it was ready? He walks over to THREE guys standing outside talking and smoking, comes back and says they haven’t looked at it yet. So much for an appointment. Unfortunately for them, we want to buy a JEEP, but not from Champion More
POOR SERVICE We brought our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in for service with a fuel system problem. The fuel gauge would suddenly drop from half tank to empty for unkno We brought our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in for service with a fuel system problem. The fuel gauge would suddenly drop from half tank to empty for unknown reasons. We also experienced a problem filling the tank, it was impossible to fill without continually having pump the handle to keep fuel flowing, as if the tank was full, but it was not!! We were told a new fuel tank would be needed, we agreed to the new tank($1500), but the problems continued. We brought the car back 2 more times, each time we were told the car was repaired, it was NOT!! Chrysler Pacifica has a history of this problem that is documented many times on the internet. These guys never admitted to not knowing what the problem was, or offering a solution! I wrote to the COO, Vic Dehon, but never received a reply from him. Poor service, Poor management, Poor customer relations!! More
