Very nice I brought my 08 Charger in for an oil change a couple months ago and took a look at the new cars, talked with Joe Montana, but I decided to wait, I ca I brought my 08 Charger in for an oil change a couple months ago and took a look at the new cars, talked with Joe Montana, but I decided to wait, I came back a couple days ago and took another look and decided I was ready. I again spoke with Joe, he was wonderful to work with, he showed me the different models, and explained the differences between them. I then comparison shopped at a couple other dealerships, and the prices at Champion were better, and Joe was much easier to talk and deal with than anyone else. I just finished the paperwork on my new car, and I'm now waiting for it to come back from the carwash. I would definitely recommend Joe, and I will buy from him again. More
No pressure and pleasant employees I found the color combination in a jeep I wanted but it was more loaded than I wanted to purchase. I explained to Joe my issue and he and the staff worked with me on the numbers so that I drove the upgraded Jeep home. In my situation, we met in the middle which was a fair deal for both sides. Joe is a very pleasant man who was able to make my deal work out for me. All of the staff was friendly including the Finance guy Sean Douglass. No pressure to purchase extra items I didn't feel I needed. More

Dan was the person I met, Right of the bat I was a bother to him. Never made eye contact, he was wearing sunglasses. He was abrupt and rude. It toke a while to get checked in but there were many people standing around waiting for him so they could get started on my vehicle. The techs were great, did a good job. When done I stood at the counter waiting for Dan to get my ticket, I was ignored for 15 min. He stated on ticket I said engine light was on, but I never said that. He was bothered that I was paying cash due to he had to walk me to cashier. Never a word spoken, not thank you have a good day or been a screw you, but that's the one he was acting like. Thru rest of the shop people helped me with a smile . I will use them again but never with Dan!!!! More

I have been contemplating buying a new truck but the prices are quite more than I would want to pay, especially wanting to trade the '13 Ram 1500 and '13 Charger RT in. Man only needs one vehicle. Best Spontaneous purchase ever I had considered buying a Jeep in the past at other places, but things did't feel right. I stumbled upon Champion while driving around town and stoppe I had considered buying a Jeep in the past at other places, but things did't feel right. I stumbled upon Champion while driving around town and stopped in. They had a variety of Jeep Wranglers to select from and were not pushy at all. Brandon Cuevas was my car dealer and he took down what I wanted and without compromise walked me to a vehicle that met all my requirements. I'm very easy to shop for and when you can point me to what I'm looking for most of the time I'll buy it. Brandon did just that and a few hours later I traded in my beloved Subaru for a kickass Jeep Wrangler. This was the most laid back, least-stressful, car buying experience I have ever had. Excellent Service I initially came to the dealership to have my car looked at and have service done on it. Well, after finding out just how much service my car needed t I initially came to the dealership to have my car looked at and have service done on it. Well, after finding out just how much service my car needed that I couldn't afford, I decided I would try and just trade it in for a new one. My salesman, Joe Montana was excellent with providing me the customer service I needed. He was really patient with me, even when I kept going back and forth to different cars. I ended up buying a new car because of the amount of service I was provided not only from Joe Montana, but from Joe Purvis as well. They definitely made this experience comfortable and pleasant for me. More

She took care of everything very professionally and made things right. I will only deal with her from now on at this dealership because others tried telling me that it was this way when I brought it in and she took the correct attitude of helping the customer, not trying to tell them you're lying. Rebecca = FANTASTIC Supervisor! 2013 DODGE DART - SPECIAL EDITION - 2.0L TigerShark Turbo - RALLYE PACKAGING - 6 Speed Automatic @ CHAMPION DODGE - SERVICE DEPT. ---- My Dodge Dar 2013 DODGE DART - SPECIAL EDITION - 2.0L TigerShark Turbo - RALLYE PACKAGING - 6 Speed Automatic @ CHAMPION DODGE - SERVICE DEPT. ---- My Dodge Dart had it's 2nd recall was the TRANSMISSION (notice didn't arrive in the mail but I had experienced the defect while driving my car with my son in the back seat) AND there is only one TRANSMISSION TECH FOR CHRYSLER/DODGE/JEEP on the MS Gulf Coast that could repair my vehicle. I called Chrysler to gather more info, communicate my issue, notified maker of my vehicle being defective and they allowed me to choose my dealer with a Transmission Tech to repair this defect. I called Champion and Rebecca listened to my brief on the dangerous recall (which I hadn't received a notice in my mail), she was explaining their recent repairs of the Transmission recall on the Dodge Dart 2013 and had valid proof in true quality of their servicing to assist my dangerous recalled Dart. She had mentioned my oil needed to be changed (my safety was my biggest concern more than oil during that time). She immediately took care of my recalled/replaced part on my vehicle, oil was changed and fluids checked within 2 working days. She also had mentioned my two front tire treads had worn abnormally. My son and I would be in bad shape had she not mentioned the premature wear in my two front tires. Her determination to provide top notch trustworthy service is impeccable! She really is the asset for customer service in the automotive industry. The crew that works alongside her showed the true value of teamwork and passion for helping others as they enjoy their career in automotive services. --------Many discriminatory events occur through the sales and services of any dealership of any kind/make/etc. whether it be the consumers or the employees that are of any GENDER or RACE.
