After three years of visits to multiple mechanics that failed to diagnose my car’s transmission issue, Champion Chevrolet was able to confirm the suspected issue and fix it in a timely manner. Being given a timeline of at least a week, it was a delightful surprise when they ended up completing everything the same day. My schedule didn’t allow me to pick up my car until the following day, but they were accommodating in allowing me to keep the loaner until then. After having a prior mechanic tell me that my car randomly going into limp mode 10 times over the span of a year “wasn’t consistent enough to be a concern”, it was really reassuring having Sheldon validate my concerns and take them as seriously as I had. I appreciate all the hard work they did and will definitely return to Champion for any future maintenance. Thank you! More
I brought my company vehicle into the dealership to have issues diagnosed and repairs made - a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. The Service Advisor was polite and I've utilized this dealership for nearly five (5) y issues diagnosed and repairs made - a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. The Service Advisor was polite and I've utilized this dealership for nearly five (5) years without a complaint. This interaction ended quite differently. I picked my vehicle up and paid nearly $2,000 for "repairs" for diagnostic issues that supposedly were fixed. The Service Advisor told me that the vehicle had a dirty injector and that they cleaned it and ran an engine treatment through the system. The evening I picked it up the issues reappeared and due to an event I had to utilize the vehicle the next day. I had made arrangements to return it to the service department for further evaluation upon my return. The vehicle's state worsened as I drove it and it ended up stranding me in Ohio late at night. After getting home (from another state) I picked up my personal vehicle and inquired about how Champion planned to get my Traverse back from Ohio - seeing as it was worse than it was when I dropped it off the first time. The Service manager told the advisor I needed to get it to another dealership (the closest) - not possible when it's not drivable. I will deal with the vehicle's repairs on my own and will not return to the Champion Chevrolet Service Department again. More
I scheduled appointment for annual visit, 2000 approximate miles since last, When arrived I checked in next lane to express oil change lane. I was to wait on my car.
