Overall, once I received a good trade-in allowance, Kristen took the time needed to help me get the Military discount and was responsible getting everything done, even though she had other customers to Kristen took the time needed to help me get the Military discount and was responsible getting everything done, even though she had other customers to work with. I also thank those in finance that made it possible to pay my own taxes in Kentucky. This helped a lot.
