Since my previous Silverado was in a major accident in Florida it took over 6 weeks to receive the final disposition at totaled I communicated with Kristen by telephone for several weeks. She provided me excellent service throughout this period and worked closely with me to complete the transaction once I was informed of the fact that my truck had been totaled. She was a delight to work with and helped me find the best available discounts for this truck. I highly recommend her if you're ever in the market for a Chevrolet vehicle. More
