The actual service itself was awesome! However, getting thru on their phone system to even get scheduled for the appt was a nightmare. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Last time, I tried to schedule online and that apparently didn’t go thru on their system and they didn’t even have me registered as needing an appt so that’s why I tried the phone system this time. Service department is the worst. Their communication is couldn’t be worse. They had my truck almost 6 months for a warranty issue that the technician caused on a previous visit . Wit Their communication is couldn’t be worse. They had my truck almost 6 months for a warranty issue that the technician caused on a previous visit . Within the first 1000 miles it left me stranded. Also when I got it back wires were left hanging and they put multiple scratches in the paint. I was told it would cost about $170 for a part not under warranty but was charged $2200. CP4 failure within 1000 miles I took a picture of the CP4 uncovered all summer, I was told not to worry I was getting a new CP4 but the old one was reinstalled. If you buy something from them you better pray you don’t need service they always have a 3 week wait. It must not be a great place to work the staff turnover is pretty high. If you deal with ford city Champaign all I can say is good luck. More
