I had a “the works” service on my 2019 F350 pick-up truck. Fluids were suppose to be topped off, tires rotated and oil changed. I got almost home after my appointment and the light came on that my tire pressure was low on both rear tires were below suggested pressure and front tires were over inflated and window washer fluid was low. I returned to the service center and all issues were corrected. The was not the first time it has happened at this dealership.

Nothing is wrong other than the lack of knowledge of 2 young inexperience service techs not recognizing the cost of my service ever after I mentioned to them. Just trying to help them learn and keep Ford from losing money. BTW - the mechanic who did the work was great, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerned. He needs to be commented!
