WE bought a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Mr. Green early in 2009 (delivery in August 2009). We liked the vehicle a lot. Unfortunately it was in a crash - total loss. As a result we applied the insurance pay in 2009 (delivery in August 2009). We liked the vehicle a lot. Unfortunately it was in a crash - total loss. As a result we applied the insurance payment and a CD to purchase a 2012 - "younger brother" of the previous car. We had gotten friendly, informative service from Mr. Green in 2009, hence went back to him this time also. We trust him. Except for a couple of oil changes at Jiffy Lube, we had the 2010 always serviced at Ford City, finding the work very satisfactory, the turn-around on maintenance or repair to our liking, and the price standard for the work done. We were happy with this aspect of the dealership also. More

Oil change = excellent. Washing of Lincoln was done excellent. Manager said it would be vacuumed out as well. (I did not ask for it but was enthused that it would be done. It was not and I did not no excellent. Manager said it would be vacuumed out as well. (I did not ask for it but was enthused that it would be done. It was not and I did not notice. After telling the wife that is was washed and vacuumed inside, she was all smiles. (her car) then when she went to drive it later I found I was in trouble. It had not been vacuumed and I did not notice before I told her. I am not very observant. I took the guy at his word. OOOPs. ) I am content with Ford. My wife is less so. (HER CAR) More
