A/C issue took some time but they treated me right. My 2010 Merc Mariner has had a ongoing A/C problem and the folks at Ford City really struggled to get to the bottom of this over several visits. I am please to say that it appears that they finally figured it out. Thanks to Matt Odom and Derek Scroggins and the mechanics for looking at the whole picture (e.g., service and parts replacement) over time to finally diagnose the problem. I was very concerned about what the final bill would be, but they treated me right. Thanks again! More

Terrible customer service in service dept. From the first time I used Ford City's service department to the last time my wife dropped off my truck for repairs, the people working the service in From the first time I used Ford City's service department to the last time my wife dropped off my truck for repairs, the people working the service intake department made us feel like we were putting them out. Every time I walk in, there was never a "How can I help you?", but a look (if they acknowledge you at all) like you were bothering them. They updated my software on my truck the last time I was there, which changed my display, and when my wife brought my truck in recently for service and asked for them to reset it to the original display, they said said it cannot be done, and if she had a complaint, contact Ford Motor Company. No effort by Ford City to say let me look into it or ill find out and let you know, or let me take care of that for you while your here. I, later that night, ended up searching the fix on the internet and it was a one button fix. When my wife picked up the truck and drove it home, the hood wasnt latched and she had to pull over off the highway to shut it when she noticed it moving at 65 mph. I cannot wait for my warranty to run out so I have no excuse to visit Ford City anymore. I know people have bad days, but repeated visits with the same customer service tells me this is the way they are, and I have no use for it. More

Mr. Scroggins was able to work my vehicle in the next day. My service experience was excellent. More
I really wonder if they check tire pressure at Oil changes I brought my 2006 Lincoln Town Car in on Friday 8 -1-14 for regular oil change. I bought this Town Car from Worden Martin in August of 2006. 8 year I brought my 2006 Lincoln Town Car in on Friday 8 -1-14 for regular oil change. I bought this Town Car from Worden Martin in August of 2006. 8 years old, 36,170 miles. Left rear driver side tire was low. I bought new Michelin tires at Worden Martin in August of 2012. I waited 45 minutes for Oil Change. Not a problem at all. Car came back and left rear driver tire was still super low. I finally got the guy who checked me in at 7 30 a.m. to look at it before I drove it away and he agreed it was low. They took it back to shop and I had to wait another 45 minutes to get it back. Turns out it was a broken valve stem which they replaced after second visit back to the bay. Wouldn't the guy who filled tires during initial Oil change have figured that out? So I ended up leaving at 9 15. I sincerely doubt my tires were filled or even checked at Oil Change Fast Lube service. More

Since purchasing my 2013 Mustang (from another Ford dealership that was unscrupulous) I have been bringing it to Champaign Ford City for my regularly scheduled service. It has been easy to make appointments and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The new facility is clean and comfortable. I can only assume that the service work done on my car has been done correctly. The cost for the scheduled service has been reasonable. One of the problems I have had with my Mustang is figuring out how to put on the convertible boot cover, so for these two years I have not used it. Champaign Ford City had a service man show me how to do it and then watch me as I did it myself. Much appreciated. And they didn't make me feel like a jerk for not having known how to use it. So, after 20,000 miles and the regular service work, I am still satisfied with this dealership. More
