Mouse House The weather had turned cold and mice had gotten into our garage and into my car. They had set up a nice little nest behind my glove compartment - gett The weather had turned cold and mice had gotten into our garage and into my car. They had set up a nice little nest behind my glove compartment - getting ready to settle in for a long winters nap. The folks at the Ford City Service department came to my rescue and "evicted" the mice and restored my car to its original condition - no mouse smell. Matt was especially helpful and courteous. He helped me arrange for me to be driven to and from work while my car was being serviced. Great service! Great team! More

Service Just purchased a Lincoln MKS from Adrian and went in for first service the dome light would not come on when entering and exiting vehicle, found it wa Just purchased a Lincoln MKS from Adrian and went in for first service the dome light would not come on when entering and exiting vehicle, found it was a fuse problems they fixed it checked wiring for a short everything checked out fine. Good service provided a Lincoln loaner car as indicated while performing work and I was very satisfied.
