The folks at the Ford City Service department came to my rescue and "evicted" the mice and restored my car to its original condition - no mouse smell. Matt was especially helpful and courteous. He helped me arrange for me to be driven to and from work while my car was being serviced. Great service! Great team! More

Good service provided a Lincoln loaner car as indicated while performing work and I was very satisfied. Great Service I had purchased our Ford Transit from Ford City in 2013 and had used it on a contract delivery route through the winter of 2013 / 2014, The Transit di I had purchased our Ford Transit from Ford City in 2013 and had used it on a contract delivery route through the winter of 2013 / 2014, The Transit did a great job, but we got very discouraged because of the weather; so we stop delivering the 1st of April. When we took the Transit in for service on the 18th we received very prompt and courteous service. We will be back again! More
