Before I brought in my truck, I noticed that my left-rear tire appeared to have a slow leak. Matt Odom, the Ford City Service Advisor, said he would have the tire inspected as well as complete the other services already scheduled. When I picked up my truck I discovered that Ford City had located a nail in my tire and plugged the leak at NO CHARGE! In addition, my bill was reduced by $83.16 because Ford City allowed me to use my Ford Owner Advantage Rewards which I had earned from previous service conducted at Ford City. As always, they washed my truck prior to pick-up. Even the cashier was friendly and she gladly re-calculated my bill when I had initially forgotten to ask her if I could use my Ford Advantage Rewards. I love Ford City. More

Always great service and smiles on everyone's face. Dropped my truck off for an oil change and went and enjoyed lunch and when I came back it was finished up and ready to and smiles on everyone's face. Eh. I had my new to me (two months old) vehicle in for an oil leak. When I took my vehicle home, I was surprised to see an oil spot in my driveway the siz I had my new to me (two months old) vehicle in for an oil leak. When I took my vehicle home, I was surprised to see an oil spot in my driveway the size of a softball after only been sitting for about an hour. We took it right back to the dealership that afternoon. After having my vehicle for a day longer than promised due to the technician damaging one of the seals he was replacing, I was pretty peeved. We worked with Matt Maier and Kelly to get the work scheduled - they were great.... not to impressed with the technician that worked on our vehicle. I still have a small leak and a slight burning smell but have been told that it is coming from the overflow tube and it's nothing to worry about. I sure hope not since my warranty is up in about 9,000 miles. So far, not too impressed. More

Service department I have broughten my car in several times and it seem that not a single thing has covered even though I have just recently found it in my warrenty... a I have broughten my car in several times and it seem that not a single thing has covered even though I have just recently found it in my warrenty... also when I pick it up they never state what I should be looking at fixing in the future which has resulted in my car ready to completely die. Unless I pay another 500 to last me only a few months... this definitely doesn't sound right or that they truly care about the service they do. More

Professionalism Personified From the moment I drive my Ford F-150 pickup truck into the service department reception garage I notice the difference. I am always greeted by a man From the moment I drive my Ford F-150 pickup truck into the service department reception garage I notice the difference. I am always greeted by a man wearing the standard Ford City uniform of polo shirt and slacks while holding a clipboard. The greeter quickly asks the type of service I require and then directs me to the service advisor (Matt Odom) while the greeter takes down the pertinent information from my truck (mileage, VIN, etc.) I need an oil change and Matt notices that I have over 59,000 miles on the truck and asks if I wanted the 60,000 mile service. Matt explains that the 60,000 mile service is identical to the 30,000 mile service (which I had at Ford City also) and would take most of the morning to complete. I replied that I could not spare the entire morning today, and asked if the service could wait until the next oil change. Matt assured me that my truck would be fine if I decided to wait. I waited in the luxurious waiting room, drank coffee, watched TV and checked my cell phone and within the hour my truck had the oil changed, tires rotated and the truck was washed and vacuumed. I received a detailed description of the service received and was directed to the cashier. I have been to Ford City ever since the summer of 2014 and Matt Odom has usually been my service advisor. Matt always reviews the services completed with me and gives me advance notice of possible service required down the road (brakes may need additional service within the next six months). However, this time Matt was busy and I didn't receive my usual briefing. I attribute this to Matt being busy and I look forward to my next visit to Ford City Service. More

The facilities are exceptionally clean, and everyone is as nice as they can be!!! Will definitely refer friends and family to Ford City!!! More
Questionable Service This is the second time I've had issues with the service team. As a younger individual, I am used to not receiving the service I deserve, and have no problem talking to a manager. When I came in the service associate brushed me off to another person who was at lunch. I asked if he could check if they had my tires in stock and he, instead, told me to ask her. I know nothing about cars - I just drive them - so I needed him to tell me. He declined on my second request. I left and immediately called the service manager. Derek, the Service Manager, took immediate care to rectify the situation. He is the only reason I won't give 1 star. He asked if I could come back and told me they would absolutely take care of me right now. THIS is the service I expect. I bought my car at Ford City and it's still under warranty as it only has 20k miles on it. I have avoided returning for oil changes and have gone, essentially, anywhere else. Kelly kept me updated through the process within reason, which I appreciated. Perhaps I'll give them a third chance for redemption on my next oil change... But if I get anything less than the "World class service" their hold music promises, I will take my business elsewhere permanently. More
