Service is gerat I took my car into Champaign Ford City for a recall. While it was there Matt called me back to say that my car was completed however, they did notice I took my car into Champaign Ford City for a recall. While it was there Matt called me back to say that my car was completed however, they did notice that I needed new back brakes. I asked him what pricing was going to be was very satisfied with the answer and told him to go ahead. He was concerned that the rotors may also be bad but he would do his best to see if that could be avoided. They did a wonderful job on the car was right to the price that he quoted me and had washed and vacuumed the car when I went to pick it up. Very pleased with the whole experience.. More

Great place to do business. I was in for "The Works". The cost of this service is 39.95 and is a fair rate for the services that are performed. I was surprised when my service ad I was in for "The Works". The cost of this service is 39.95 and is a fair rate for the services that are performed. I was surprised when my service advisor Todd brought me my detailed bill (which he went through completely with me) that there was a 10.00 off coupon available for that service that he applied to the final cost of the bill.
