I dropped off the truck the night before the scheduled service and the next morning I received a call from Matt Odom, (my service advisor). May explained in great detail what the technician had done to determine what the problem was. Although no problem was discovered, Matt made sure I understood that I should bring the truth in again as soon as the engine light comes on again. Matt did not charge me for the extensive testing done and more importantly, he gave me 10% off the price of my new tires even though I forgot to give Matt the "10% off wild card" that I had saved. I am always treated this well by Matt Odom and Ford City. More
Very pleased with service! I had the extra key/fob for my F150 stolen. I was able to get my current key reprogrammed, new key made, oil change, and the truck washed in about an I had the extra key/fob for my F150 stolen. My only issue... they missed a spot on the wash, but I can live with that. ;-) More
Sales Good/Service Bad I had bought a new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport from Ford City last year and had a good experience with the sales department. I took it in about three months ago for a airbag trouble light staying on, a run in the paint and some chips in the paint. I was told the airbag part was ordered and would be there in about two weeks. They took picture of the run and chips to send to the claims department. I waited three weeks with no call. So I called and was told the part had come in a week ago but the guy who was taking care of my account was busy but he would call me in an hour. So I waited three days with no call. So then I called the service manager Derrick and left him a message explaining what was going on. Left him my name and number but no call! So I waited a few more weeks and decided to call once more. Talk to a secretary in the service department explained what was happening, she said I needed to talk to Derrick the service manager! Ya think! He was in a "meeting" but she said he would be in touch. Later that evening I got a call from a guy in the claims department, who had never seen the pictures of the run or chips. Didn't know anything about the airbag light, but he did get me in and got the light fixed and took more pictures. Got a call a few days ago saying the run in the paint and chips were covered, they just needed to make the appointment with the body shop. They were even giving us a rental car. Got a call yesterday from the service department saying they messed up, the run is covered but they will only cover half of the cost for the chips. Needless to say that is it for Ford City! P.S. Never once did the service manager "Derrick" even try to contact me. Thanks More

I'm moved from San Antonio TX, the Lincoln Ford service is amazing they deliver your vehicle in the front when you check out they explain in great detail what they worked on your vehicle. The Service department in San Antonio make me feel that they care. Champaign was the opposite. I installed a new device in my vehicle no one showed me how it worked nor they delivered my vehicle to me it was parked in back of the building, I had to looked for it and to discovered it was not clean or washed, also it was hard for me to start my vehicle since I installed a key engine starter. In the future I will drive to Tuscola or Rantoul for service. More
Excellent Service Recently took my Mkz 2015 in for it's scheduled maintence, oil change, and 3 recalls. Service Tech Todd took excellent care of us. Todd worked with his people on two different occasions to isolate the problem and to fix it. So far so good. Have to say I was getting frustrated. Appreciate Todd getting it resolved. I was provided a loner car since the recalls were time consuming. Appreciated that. I always take advantage of the complimentary wash and vac. We purchased our vehicle in Sept of 2015 and have been pleased with the sevice dept. More
"Need a new motor" I am very disappointed in the service department of Champaign Ford City. They are the only ones that's worked on it. I am pissed, I might as well let the unprofessional work on it! More

They told me the windshield wipers also needed replacement, which I had noticed at the last rain, and they were able to do that in about 15 minutes. The wipers seemed a bit expensive (doubled my bill, but I had used a deal for the oil change) but work fine. More

Broken Record...Champaign Ford City is great I almost always work with Matt Odom, who I consider to be my personal service advisor. Matt has never steered me wrong and he always gives me a "heads up" when my Ford F-150 looks like it needs servicing in the future. I particularly like the Ford Service Report Card because it gives me information about the service status of my pickup (tire tread wear, brake wear, transmission, exhaust, battery, etc.). Matt has been explaining to me for the last few oil changes that I should consider replacing two of my tires (I had replaced two tires last fall while out-of-state) and that my brake pads required attention in the future. Today I took my pickup to Matt and after the Ford technician inspected the truck, Matt advised me to replace the brake pads and machine the rotors and that my battery was in need of replacement. Of course I knew I needed two tires as well, but Matt assured me that it would be safe to wait a while before expending more money for tires, but recommended these tires be replaced before winter. In addition, I had a 10% Off Wild Card coupon from Champaign Ford City which saved me $66! But the real reason I wanted to brag about Matt is that back in May 2016, my Ford F-150 got an oil change and tire rotation which is way longer than I have ever had to wait. Matt noticed me in the waiting area and immediately apologized and told me because of the lengthy wait there would be no charge. Matt and Ford City are a class act. More
