On A Moment's Notice As I was driving on an errand, the lacking air light came on in my Ford Edge to indicate a tire problem. I noticed I needed a service as well, and ca As I was driving on an errand, the lacking air light came on in my Ford Edge to indicate a tire problem. I noticed I needed a service as well, and called Matt Odom to ask if I could have the warning checked out. He said yes and to come right in at 2:30P in the afternoon. I went there and within the hour had a complete service, tires checked (low due to cold weather) and returned good to go. The service, care, and complete thoughtfulness is great. Oil Change. It is Friday morning .About 9 am I go to Ford City for my oil on my 2015 F250. 2Hrs later my truck is done. And washed. I drive home and what do I f It is Friday morning .About 9 am I go to Ford City for my oil on my 2015 F250. 2Hrs later my truck is done. And washed. I drive home and what do I find , oil running down the side of the new oil filter. I call Ford City, They said they would send a Tech out to check it out .He said that it was oil left over and cleaned it off. Filter was installed properly. I went for a drive and when I got back it was still dry. Thank you for taking care of this. More
