Well done from start to finish I've been taking my 2013 Mustang to Ford City since I bought it new in 2012. Have always been satisfied. This was the first time I've bought tires h I've been taking my 2013 Mustang to Ford City since I bought it new in 2012. Have always been satisfied. This was the first time I've bought tires here. I researched tires and found what I wanted. Called Ford City and was told they didn't have in house but could by the next day. Made an appointment. Everyone is always courteous and professional. Checked in and provided a special tool. My rims are aftermarket and have a special tool for the cover that secures the lug nuts. No problem. I always choose to wait. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, well lit. There are armchairs and tables and chairs. WiFi is available. A coffee machine is available for free coffee, lattes, etc. Restrooms are clean. There's a 1956 Ford Crown Vic in the showroom for you to drool over. An advisor who I assume was Matt Odom (sorry, I'd neglected to ask), explained my bill. I asked an unrelated question and he checked and provided an answer within minutes. All done very pleasantly. I passed on the complimentary wash and vac this time. More
