My wife’s ML 350 steering just ceased as she was driving in the vicinity of the dealership. She drove in and they were able to diagnose that the tensioner was broken and caused the battery to go flat as the in the vicinity of the dealership. She drove in and they were able to diagnose that the tensioner was broken and caused the battery to go flat as the belt was not driving the alternator. Marcus was able to get it repaired and added an oil change. They also highlighted other issues or concerns. Great excellent service.
