Dropped off car per scheduled date at 10:30 am and was informed that my 30 min work would take all day because they were overbooked. They gave me a loaner and after I didn’t hear from them I called at 4:0 informed that my 30 min work would take all day because they were overbooked. They gave me a loaner and after I didn’t hear from them I called at 4:00 pm and was told that it was done and would be washed and ready after 5 pm. When we arrived at 5:30 the car was ready but it had NOT been washed and there was trash on the dash. Mercedes dealership would have never done this. Plus the work was not done correctly. On my return visit to correct the tint issue on 8/25 my experience with the service department was very satisfactory. When the car was ready for pickup I could tell that the tint had been properly installed and my car was cleaned and detailed. Tyson was very engaged to make sure my experience was perfect and it was.
