While waiting for service Maggiw brought me a lunch which was very nice.the service was great with the service writer & mechanic talking and showing me everything needed. Tyler has very helpful in providing insight to the service issues with my vehicle. He went out of his way to arrange a ride for me from my office back to the dealership (20+ miles). First my initial experience with Certified Benz and Beemer started on an 101 degree day with my frantic phone call I made to Certified Benz and Beemer when I Mercedes Benz stopped working in the middle of a busy intersection, and Mr.Tyson Muse one of your Service Manager was the one that answered my call and talk me thru what I needed to do to get my vehicle started long enough to get me out of the intersection and into a safe place until I was able to get the car towed to Certified Benz and Beemer. My Second experience was the time when I met Mr.Tyson Muse that same day, he was very friendly, and he stated that he will have his Mechanic to began looking into the problems that I was having with my car, Mr.Tyson Muse was nice to offer to drop me off at my office, but I explain I had someone coming to pick me up. My next experience with Certified Benz and Beemer, was when Mr. Tyson Muse, call me the same day with a list of items that his Mechanic had found the problems, and Mr. Muse explained the pricing of each item that needed to be works on, and offered his time to explain to me what will need to done by his mechanic's and how long to complete the work. He stated he would have the vehicle done in a few days, however, Mr. Muse called me back and said he will have his Mechanic start on the work that same day and try to improve the date of getting the vehicle back to me sooner, He made me fill that his Mechanic will proved outstanding quality of work and at a very fare price for all the work that needed to done. Note: Mr Muse call me the next day to inform me that my vehicle was ready , and he offered to pick me up from my office. Note: it is easy for a person to complain about the Service they received, but allow me to say : 'My overall experience with Certified Benz and Beemer has been "outstanding", and thanks to Mr. Tyson Muse. But I am sure the Management of Certified Benz and Beemer are very proud to have a true professional like Mr. Tyson Muse and his Mechanic's on your Team…" You, now have me as a real customer of all my work to my vehicle. From the moment we drove up in my daughter's mini cooper, Scott came out to greet us and listened while I explained the reason for our service. (engine light was coming on). He called me later in the day to tell me what the problem was (water pump and thermostat, both warranty repairs). I remembered then that the door handle on the mini broke off a few months ago. I asked him if he could price that out for me. He called me back again to tell me the price for the new door handle and also to let me know the mini was due for an oil change. Scott was very helpful and took care of everything related to my problems. He also found some other things that needed to be fixed which is always nice! Car problems are never fun, but all in all it was a pleasant experience dealing with Scott and with Benz and Beemer!! More
Our 2005 C-Class Mercedes had a number of repairs required. We dropped the car off at 9:30 Monday morning with Scott Paich for front brakes, motor mounts, adjustable steering wheel "bone gear", a tr required. I bought my Vette at this dealership and decided to try the service department for an oil change. The last oil change was done at a Chevrolet dealership. After a couple of days, I noticed the oil monitor h the service department for an oil change. The last oil change was done at a Chevrolet dealership. After a couple of days, I noticed the oil monitor had not been reset. I checked the dipstick and oil read low. I was extremely disappointed with the Chevrolet dealership. I talked to Scott at Certified Benz and Beemer to set an appointment. He was very easy to work with. They had a very attractive special on oil changes on Saturdays. I explained my schedule would require the work done during the week. He cheerfully arranged an appointment during the week with the special. When asked how long it would take, he said an hour and a half. I was hoping for an hour but I really appreciate not being romanced on the time frame. When I brought the Vette in, the job was finished on time. I am very pleased. Scott and the staff were very professional. More

Mr Scott Paich-service manager deserves special mention for his extraordinary service beyond the call of duty.On wednessday march 20,2013, I accidentally locked the car keys in the loaner car trunk at my residence around 6pm.I called the company to report the event and ask for assistance. I made frantic calls to some Locksmith companies as advised,but no one was willing to help or accept the job. My desperation grew as I have important chores that evening and my family was flying in from the East Coast the next morning, I need this car. Eventually I spoke with Mr Scott Paich and painstakingly explained my situation to him.He called me back in 10 minutes and agreed to come to my residence an hour away with the spare key from the company. True to his words, he arrived earlier than scheduled within the hour and opened the trunk where I had locked the car mistakenly. I was immensely relieved and remained very grateful to him.
