Awesome Customer Service I took my vehicle in three days ago so they could fix a problem with it that was present when I bought it. After a few times bringing it in they fina I took my vehicle in three days ago so they could fix a problem with it that was present when I bought it. After a few times bringing it in they finally diagnosed the problem. I was given a loaner car (but I brought in an SUV) Maurice in the service department would not give up until he found the problem. After several tries and still not fixing it....I contacted the General Sales Manager, Trevor, who had emailed me after purchasing my H3 and told me if I needed anything to contact him. So I did and advised him of what was going on and they could not fix the issue. Trevor came out the to service area and personally talked to me and ensured me the issue would be fixed. The next day I was introduced over the phone to Danny, the service shop foreman. Danny told me he would need the car an extra day to fix the problem properly. I was not happy but I understood. The next day Danny called me and informed me that he had found the issue and would have my car back to me that day. He also told me that since they had the car for so long that he was going to waive an $89 fee that I was going to be charged (which I had no problem with) for them programming two keyless remote controls I had purchased as backups for my original one. I did not ask him to do that....he just felt bad because I was without my vehicle for two days....true to his word he called me that afternoon (yesterday) and told me my car was ready. When I got there to pick it up it was washed and the problem was fixed. My service experience there was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with, Maurice, Danny, Trevor, and Tony (I believe the service dept manager) were very professional and caring. I cannot say enough about this fine group of individuals. One suggestion I have though. When someone is given a loaner while the dealership keeps theirs it should be a comparable model. I was given a sports car, I have been driving a Hummer H3 for the last 7 years and that is why I bought another one....I like the ease of getting in and out of the vehicle. I was in the Marine Corps for 21 years and my knees are shot...I just had surgery on them and it was very painful getting in and out of that small car...I even banged my knee I had the surgery on most recently twice getting out. So, the loaner should be something close to what you are having fixed. Other than that like I said...great experience. More

I purchased my 2006 vehicle from C B&B in February and brought it in for basic maintenance 9/6/14. They checked everything I requested, didn't up sell me anything I didn't need, and I'm quite satisfied with the price. With tax, $97.88 for an oil change; however, understand that with today's synthetics, the car can go 10 or 12,000 miles between oil changes. The $97 comes out to be less expensive in the long run as opposed to having had done 4 oil changes at $30 (or more) every 3,000 miles. I would buy another car from them, AND, equally important, my days of heading to chain lubritoriums is over. My vehicle will be always be serviced at Certified Benz and Beemer henceforth. More

I can honestly say you will not recieve that dis service at Certified Benz and Beemer. I made one call and Travis gave exceptional customer service! He provided a postive response everytime I explained my concern. I truly appreciate how Travis never dropped the ball, he guided me from the beginning of my repair to the end. I was so amazed, I have passed out business cards to my clients and family. Travis, Thank You for Professional,caring customer service five stars is not enough!!! You go above and beyond and Im grateful. I would also like to add: no matter when I come in, even days Travis is gone the Great service doesn't stop there. Trustworthy! I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service and paid about half of what other Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I also had them do a transmission flus I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service and paid about half of what other Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I also had them do a transmission flush and front/rear differential service. I was told I didn't need to do those for another 10,000 miles but I did them anyways. Being a female bringing my car in for service I felt very comfortable here and felt that I could really trust these guys. I was never hit with any additional services that I did not need. Tyson was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I was also offered a loaner for the day and was able to run my errands while my car was being serviced. More
