I acquired an older car that needed repairs. Prior to purchase, I had a mechanic look at it and he was very negative about the car and made me feel foolish for considering it. I felt renewed and positive. I was given a loaner car, he always returned my calls in a timely manner, he talked in a supportive and informative way. Throughout the entire experience, I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals with the vehicle and keep the price reasonable. I must say too, being able to sit in the lounge, have a cup of coffee and not have to deal with looking at the car, looking at what needs to be done, and all those things under the hood was a pleasure. (I must have left something on in the car when I went out of town.)So refreshing to know they could have taken me for a new battery and I wouldn't have know the difference BUT THEY DIDN'T! Honesty! Scott was very easy to deal with and very helpful. I am not used to newer cars with sensors and my tire pressure sensor was on.
