GREAT SERVICE Yesterday, I brought my 2008 Hummer H3, which I had purchased at this dealer in for service because the temperature gauge went dead and the check engi Yesterday, I brought my 2008 Hummer H3, which I had purchased at this dealer in for service because the temperature gauge went dead and the check engine light came on. Previously I had issues with the car when I first bought it and a 36000 m extended warranty, but no one really seemed to care about my issues. Except one guy....Trevor....I believe the used car sales manager not only took care of my issues but also gave me his personal cell number in case I had any more problems. Well last week I had an issue with the TPMS and called Trevor on his person phone. He told me what to do and it was handled. I had to pay for it out of my pocket but it was a sensor and sensor's are not covered, which I totally understood. So, on the way home from work yesterday, my check engine light comes on, the ACC OFF light comes on and my temperature gauge drops to not working. So, I get home I call Trevor and he puts me in touch with the service manager Tony Lombardo, who diagnosed the problem initially over the phone and told me to bring it in. I told him I was on my way and I would leave the car overnight and could I get a loaner in the meantime. He told me since my situation was an emergency I would be provided a loaner. He also told me he was leaving for the day, since it was close to closing, and to ask for Bryan. When I got there Bryan already had my loaner ready to go, was absolutely the most caring and understanding person I have ever encountered at a dealership service department, and told me they would look at it and give me a call in the morning to tell me what they found. Around 930 am I got a call from Bryan stating that it was in fact the thermostat just like Tony had said it probably was. So, he told me I could come by around 5pm to pick it up. I arrived around 445 and everything was ready and I was out of there in about 10 mins max. It was a seemless transaction and my Hummer seems to be running great. More

Great Experience I recently brought my Mercedes Benz E55 AMG into the dealership for a brake replacement and Tyson provided me with a quote for the work. Once the work I recently brought my Mercedes Benz E55 AMG into the dealership for a brake replacement and Tyson provided me with a quote for the work. Once the work was completed and time to pay the bill he was able to find a way to save me an additional $100.00 dollars. I chose to wait at the dealership for the work to be completed due to the fact that i live a fair distance from there and he also had the car in and out in a very respectable amount of time. I would highly recommend this dealership for both buying and service as both my buying experience with Andy and my service experience with Tyson have been a great experience. Am am now considering buying another car and i know it will be from here. More
Excellant Service Center at "Certified Benz and Beemer!! I recently purchased a Certified 2012 BMW 335i Convertible in November 2015. The car was purchased just before the Thanksgiving holiday and unfortun I recently purchased a Certified 2012 BMW 335i Convertible in November 2015. The car was purchased just before the Thanksgiving holiday and unfortunately the car was delivered by my sales person without having some negotiated details completed.. I arranged with the Sales Manager to return after the holiday to complete the work. When I returned the car to have minor warranty work and window tinting done, some exterior damage was done by an out-side vendor. Brian Sullivan my customer service representative went above and beyond to get damage fixed. When I was not satisfied with initial paint touch up, Brian advocated on my behalf to get lot sales manager (Jack Schneider) involved to discuss better options. Jack Schneider agreed with Brian that damage by their vendor was severe and needed further body and paint work done. They both wanted my car returned to me better than it was before the damage. I am extremely satisfied with the out-come from this ordeal and how this was handled. Certified Benz and Beemer even provided shuttled service for me to the airport, so they could complete work while I was out of town on business. This is Excellent!! customer service.. This type of service makes for "returning customers" to both sales and service departments.. More

I was very picky but he went above and beyond for us. I apreciated the fact that we're were treated no different than someone buying a very expensive car. Awesome place! More

My A3 service cost me less than one half dealership price. I also got courtesy transportation home and back, and a wash with interior cleaning. I was treated like a valuable customer. More
