To whom it may concern: It was the most enjoyable purchase of any auto we have ever made. We came to the dealer on a Sunday to look at a Corvette and fell in love with a SL5 It was the most enjoyable purchase of any auto we have ever made. We came to the dealer on a Sunday to look at a Corvette and fell in love with a SL55amg. Rich K. was very helpful in our purchase. He gave us plenty of room to look at a wide range of cars and was readily available when we needed information. We felt no sales pressure to purchase and were not rushed to make a decision. With the service department closed on Sunday, Rich told us to write down any concerns we had with the car and they would be addressed by the service department. We called the service department the next day and were assigned Bryan S. Bryan was a pure joy to deal with. He got us a quick appointment to look at a couple concerns we noticed when driving home Sunday night.. He answered others questions we had and took great care in making sure the concerns were corrected and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The previous owner had replaced the original radio and he called a friend at a local auto radio shop to answer questions we had with the current installed radio. This is the first time we had purchased a previously owned auto and we were a little anxious with such a purchase. However, Certified Benz and Beemer and their employees have made us very comfortable with our purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a low mileage, high quality automobile. More
Brought my bmw in for service This is a great place, I was impressed with all the services at this dealership. First off I called a couple times in the morning but got the answering machine,so I left a message with douts that I would get a call back for at least an hour. Well I was totally wrong in ten minutes I got a call back from Tyson at the service department, than I got another call from the service dept saying they seen that I called in the morning a couple times. Then when I got to certified Benz Beemer Tyson greated me even before they were going to open, which was a surprise most places Ive been too they don't do anything until the exact time they open. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone, staff is very friendly and the facility is super clean. Thanks again Tyson see you again. More

Honestly I have never received such a great customer service from anyone else at any of the dealerships that I have bought a car from. He really knows his stuff and actually put customers first and does anything to make things right for the customer. Everything I wanted done he never said no and just made it happen. So I would like to thank you Brian for taking good care of me when I was there. Sincerely happy More
Great Service I needed to bring my Porsche Cayenne in for service due to an intermittent drive train clunk. Tyson set me up with a nice BMW loaner car while they diagnosed the problem. Initially they were unable to replicate the drive train clunk I was hearing. I even came in and and drove around the neighborhood with the mechanic trying to make it happen again. Of course it did not, as is the case when you want to show somebody something is wrong. Fortunately, Tyson remembered from his previous experience at a VW dealer that the Touareg and the Porsche Cayenne share the same drive train components and that the center drive shaft bearing support frequently failed on the Touareg causing a clunking noise. Sure enough, the mechanic was able to confirm this was the culprit. I was happy that the clunking mystery was solved and the mechanic was able to fix the problem. Tyson also gave me a discount on their "Royal Flush" fluid change and transmission service. Thanks Tyson! More

I was VERY disappointed with the service department because for one, nothing was communicated to me that my vehicle was going to be there for 2 days. Dropped it off at 8am, didn't get a call until 3pm to let me know that part were just being ordered and they would need the vehicle the entire following day as well. They did give me a rental but I had to drive from south gilbert to Scottsdale at high traffic time, what a big pain, to pick up the rental so I could get to work in the morning. As part of the "extra warranty" we purchased, we were to get a nice "premium wash" with the service, but never happened. Picked up my car and it was dirty and they said sorry they forgot but if I wanted it washed I would have to wait 2hrs. I also had let them know I wouldn't be able to return the rental to them on the next day because I worked until 5 and had to get to my son's game right afterwards. It just seemed like it was an issue and I was inconveniencing them. If they had given me a heads up this type of repair would take that long, I would've scheduled another time and been more prepared. Also, the warranty we had purchased ended up not even covering the repair after all. Just very poor communication and expectations. Also, I had asked Tyson to have Brian call me regarding my car and because I was unhappy but he never did call me. Very surprising to get this poor of service from this dealership because we had nothing but the best experience buying our last 2 cars there. The owner Jack contacted me to apologize and gave us a great awesome detail on our vehicle, service was great on return visit. He took the time to contact me to rectify this issue and we greatly appreciated it. More
Great service department I was driving home from work and my 2007 X3 was showing high tempeture on the gauge. I picked the car up 2 days later and it had a new water pump and has been working great. I'm glad Richard Kirch recommend getting the extended warranty because this saved me over $1200. Joe More
My Time is Important Also I Scheduled a service with Tyson for a 10:00am oil change appointment on my new Porsche. I arrived arrived on time for my appointment, met with Val as Tyson wasn't available. Asked her to also wash the car as part of my "Warranty Protection & Maintenance Program" they sold me at time of purchase, and to also repair the mini armrest on the drivers side which was a "To Fix" item at time of purchase last March. I waited in the lounge as service was to take about an hour. I went to check on status at about 10:50 am and car was still at service counter (no work done). I talked to Tyson and he said it would go in shop upon completion of car already in shop. At 12:00 Tyson notified me of completion of work. I went to get car and it had not been washed. I asked why and Tyson said he didn't know it was supposed to be washed. So car went back in for a wash. At 12:35 Tyson notified me car was finished. Getting into car I noticed that armrest wasn't repaired. Tyson said the armrest was a warranty item and I needed to take care to Certified Porsche Dealer for repair. This is the same repair that they attempted to fix at time of purchase and failed. I was hoping they would do it right this time. I expected my appointment to be completed in a timely manner, consequently I was late for my 1:00pm meeting. I didn't experience CBB's "commitment to providing our customers the greatest value when it comes to your vehicle needs and desires." More

Only needed a new starter battery in my '03 SL500. Felt Tyson in the service dept was prompt, cordial, and helpful. After obtaining a bid/estimate I was back on the road in a hour. While waiting, visit with Frank in sales...very knowledgeable, fun, and honest. Superb collection of Benz & Beemers, all in 5* condition. RT in AZ More
