I received constant updates and a very accomodating loaner vehicle during the hiatus that my vehicle was being repaired. Will 100% use their service department again for all my warrantied issues. We are not new to the MB world. While the costs are expensive I have always been respected and treated like the best customer by Brian Sullivan. Brian knows that we enjoy our car and always tries to take care of our needs which is "Our wallet". Brian tries to work with us, on what the priorities of our vehicle are. We plan on what needs to be serviced and keeps us very well informed of the present past and future of our car.
