He goes above and super beyond to make sure your taken care of. Always with a smile, great attitude, keeps you updated, let's you know when you need another oil check or whatever the car needs. Best customer service I have seen so far compared to other service centers I've been. No complaint at all, you have a question or concern, he's the right guy to ask. We are not new to the MB world. While the costs are expensive I have always been respected and treated like the best customer by Brian Sullivan. Brian knows that we enjoy our car and always tries to take care of our needs which is "Our wallet". Brian tries to work with us, on what the priorities of our vehicle are. We plan on what needs to be serviced and keeps us very well informed of the present past and future of our car. We feel as though he has respect for our budget and enjoyment of this excellent vehicle, We have never been pressured, scared into or looked down upon during our talks with Brian on the contrary Brian gives us the honest facts of our car. Brian knows our needs and wants. (wants are not going broke) Brian is very courteous, respectful and friendly. We feel this letter is way overdue. Professional, friendly, helpful - overall great experience! My husband surprised me with a MB a few years ago and had a fantastic, low pressure, no run around experience with the sales team. He was in and out My husband surprised me with a MB a few years ago and had a fantastic, low pressure, no run around experience with the sales team. He was in and out in less than 2 hours. Since then, we have taken my little MB to CBB for service and worked with Brian each time. Brian takes the time to explain what is wrong, what work needs to be done, what to look out for and what is the cost. We have an extended warranty, thank goodness, and have been able to have all the necessary work completed. Service - thank you for returning to the practice of putting the 'oil change in xx/xx/xxxx' back in my window! We non-mechanical folk seem to forget when it's time for fixin :) To Brian's boss - Brian is great to deal with - he understands that I don't speak car and takes time to thoroughly review what is happening each time. Give him a good raise - he has earned! More

Awesome Experience with Mike Miller I brought my BMW 535xi in today for a warranty service and had an amazing experience. I was in and out quickly as Mike worked with a sense of urgency. I brought my BMW 535xi in today for a warranty service and had an amazing experience. I was in and out quickly as Mike worked with a sense of urgency. I was able to come in on my lunch break and get the car and was in and out in minutes. I was seamlessly put in a loaner for the day and my car was done 5 hours before promised. The prices were significantly cheaper than the dealership I had been going to as well. I can't say enough about my great experience but I can say for sure that I will definitely be back for all my service work in the future. More

M-B Repairs & Service I purchased my C300 about two months ago, from Jim. About a week ago, the ignition switch would not activate anything beyond the accessories position I purchased my C300 about two months ago, from Jim. About a week ago, the ignition switch would not activate anything beyond the accessories position. I contacted CBB and spoke with Val who reminded me that I would probably still be under my 3mo/3k mile warranty. They had the car towed in and diagnosed that the steering lock was faulty, but I was 58 miles over the warranty. After Val spoke with the GM (Lee) they honored the warranty and had the issue repaired for me. I was expecting to be treated like I have been before at so many other shops, gladly this was not the case. Their concern and willingness to help renewed my confidence that there are still some good, honorable businesses around, and Certified Benz & Beemer is definitely one of the good guys! Thank you so much to everyone at CBB who helped to make a lousy situation so much better! More
