The service dept. at Certified Benz and Beemer went above and beyond in figuring out why our 2012 As a service adviser, Collin Moore is one great guy! The service dept. at Certified Benz and Beemer went above and beyond in figuring out why our 2012 528i stalled out while driving the vehicle. . As a chauffeur with Southwest Sedan Service, it would have been an awful experience for the vehicle to stop running but it would have been 10 times worse if a passenger was is in the vehicle. CBB resolved the issue as to why the vehicle stopped running, As it turns out, the issue was with the fuel pump. I would offer a 20 rating if there was one to give. Thank you. Collen Moore was there waiting for us, he provided a loaner car for us to drive, and called us when our car was ready. Excellent service, wheels look like new, plus they washed the car for us. We also ran into our salesman "Que" who remembered us, and was very friendly, and asked how we liked the car. More

Easy and stress free Collin was extremely helpful with getting my car fixed. I have a 2014 BMW that had the fuel pump go out.
