Hard time getting scheduled. Had a couple voicemails go unanswered but received an email for service that I responded to. It was immediately responded to by Angela followed by a phone call to schedule service appointment. Once on the phone I was talked to in a pretty condescending manner along with pretty smart xxx responses like she didn’t believe that I actually called and left voicemails. I don’t really give a xxxx it doesn’t make the phone calls or voicemails disappear. It was a phone call so maybe it wasn’t supposed to come across like that. Either way I’d rather not deal with her in any capacity. Once I was there for my appointment it was taken over by Dan and I have to say Dan is the man. He always gets things done in a timely fashion. His communication has always been thorough. More

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Certified Benz n Beemer. Took my car in because it was having some mechanical issues, and was helped by Dan.
