Professional caring salesman I was looking for a used Ford Expedition that had low miles and that could fit my budget. I found a 2006 Expedition with really low miles and I conta I was looking for a used Ford Expedition that had low miles and that could fit my budget. I found a 2006 Expedition with really low miles and I contacted the dealership. I spoke to Jesus Bello on the phone about the vehicle and I was immediately impressed with his attentiveness and professionalism. I came up to the dealership from Yuma with my wife and we met Jesus and test drove the vehicle. Again Jesus was very professional and answered all of our questions. My wife and I really liked Jesus from the get go. He did not seem like the average car salesman who has some sort of hidden agenda or stress about him. He was very personable and friendly which was very refreshing to my wife and I since we hate buying cars and dealing with car salesman. He made us feel very comfortable and he seemed to genuinely have our best interest in mind as we looked over the vehicle. We decided to purchase the Expedition and drove back to Yuma. Unfortunately the vehicle had a misfire issue and the check engine light came on. I contacted Jesus on his cell phone and he seemed very concerned and apologized. He told me to please bring the vehicle back so that they could fix the problem. Needless to say my wife and I were upset and worried. I brought the truck back the next day and Jesus immediately met with me and he and I test drove the vehicle. Jesus showed genuine concern and told me they would fix the problem. Unfortunately they had to keep my vehicle until the next day to do the work because they needed to order parts. Jesus did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable with the process. Unfortunately being from Yuma meant that I had to stay the night. I was disappointed after one of the managers I believe his name was Trevor, told me there was not a loaner car available which meant I needed to rent one at Enterprise. Honestly I was not happy with this. I was stuck in Scottsdale for the night and had to pay 80.00 to rent a car and another 90.00 for a hotel. Couldn't management offer me any sort of relief? Anything?? Jesus I felt went out of his way to make me feel better about the situation on a man to man level. He offered to buy me lunch several times and gave me a ride to Enterprise. He seemed to understand my frustration and was a calming figure for me throughout this ordeal. Honestly I was not happy that the dealership didn't offer to pay for the rental or help with any of my expenses. Jesus though again, made me feel like he was doing everything in his power for me and I truly appreciate him for that. I can tell he is a good man and truly cares for his customers. He kept assuring me that my vehicle would be fixed and kept me updated on the process. Fortunately my vehicle was fixed and I want to thank everyone involved at the dealership for that. It cost me about three hundred dollars in rental fees, hotel costs, food and gas and its only been a couple days but I think my family and I have a wonderful vehicle to pull our RV with when we go on vacation. Jesus Bello is a one of a kind in my opinion and serves his employer well. Anyone else and I probably would have gone ballistic over all of this, but he kept me assured that this would all end well and I believe it has. Thank you again Jesus. More
