I stopped by a few weeks ago with a leaking radiator cap and the team quickly resolved the problem. Earlier this week I sent a txt to Mike about a service light on my dash and he knew my car so well he knew it wasn't an issue. He asked me to stop by to have it reset at my convenience. Today I pulled up and Tyson was quick to greet me by name and immediately tracked down the exact mechanic that could reset the service light on my Mercedes. i didn't even wait 5 minutes! I can't say enough good words about my almost 5 years of experience with CBB's service team! They simply ROCK! -- Thanks for taking such great care of me and my Mercedes! More

Quick no hassle service I went to B & B on a mission to get a gently used BMW X 5. Ted Schwartz was the salesman. I told him about my “must haves” and he went to work. We never felt pressured, they did not try to throw in a million options when finalizing papers and had us out the door quickly. I was pleased with the perso My wife scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle picked up from work to have my service done along with a full detail. I was pleased with the person who brought me a loaner vehicle, professional and easy going. As for my service and detail... when my vehicle was returned it had not even been vacuumed out much less washed. The windshield still had the marks from when the technician tested my blades which means it was never washed but yet was annotated on my paperwork that it was completed. This makes me question what else was annotated as complete but never done. I called as soon as I could and another maintenance personnel told me they would have someone pick up my vehicle and have it detailed as well as have a manager double check and make sure everything got done during the maintenance process. I never received a call back from Mike Miller or the other service department manager. More
