We recently purchased a 2023 BMW X3 from Certified Benz & Beemer. We had the good fortune of working with Jamie at the dealership. We are located in Southern California and we were lucky that we found the right car and fortunately it was with this A+ dealership located in AZ. As many of you may know, dealing with a dealership remotely can be both risky and challenging. From the very start, Jamie was super helpful, considerate, and communicative. Knowing that we were out-of-state, he sent us a test drive video (with commentary) that he did with the X3 that was super helpful! Long story short, we purchased the vehicle remotely and had the car shipped from Scottsdale to Chula Vista, CA. Certified B & B arranged all the shipping details and the car arrived on time, as described/advertised, and in perfect shape! I must say, this was one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever experienced from start to finish! For anyone looking for a car to purchase, this dealership is the place to go. The entire staff is super helpful, with no sales pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend Jamie and this dealership! More

Mark was very courteous and helpful. However., as the vehicle was a fairly rare discontinued classic. The dealer was not prepared to o negotiate a dime off of their asking price.. Once notified of the issue, Connor asked me to bring the car back and said he would take care of it. It was something that no one had experienced before - even a master mechanic from Mercedes Benz. However, Connor and his team left no stone unturned and went above and beyond any level of customer service that I have ever experienced. I used to work in fine dining, and we were trained to give our customers and exceptionally distinctive guest experience, and that is EXACTLY what Connor and the team at Certified Benz & Beemer did. They came and got us from the airport and we felt like we got a good deal. Mark was very nice. They had ordered a part for our car but it didn't come in on time so they paid for us to get it installed when w got a good deal. Mark was very nice. The price that you will see listed online does not include a fee that was like $1000 for a ceramic and tint (CBB) package. It's not a service that you can decline. Then there was $1000 worth of fees on top of that. So expect ≈$2000 more than what you see listed in the title of the post (ours was listed at 22,500 for reference). Also, I called to ask someone about the status of the title being sent to our bank so we can get it registered and he said "it would have been there faster if you would have financed through our partners." That just seems like a crappy attitude to have, especially when you apparently work with the bank we got the loan from but somehow you can't match their interest rate. Whoever that guy was, he does not care about customer service at all. BUT, once again, overall I think if you buy a car anywhere there's going to be things here and there that xxxx you off, but after this experience I would say we left a lot happier than we have from other car dealerships. The fact that they were willing to pay us to install the part on the vehicle once we got back home shows that people in the company really do care about customers having a good experience. I would buy a car from here again. More
