I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma for Dana it started off slow since I set up an appointment but the truck was not upfront or ready when I pulled up. After the test drive, I pointed out some concerns about the truck as we went over numbers and as we discussed those I was promised it would be fixed and they wrote it down on a "We owe” worksheet which I did not receive a copy of for proof. They also charged $1000 for window tint that I was unaware of until going over numbers. Since I wasn't buying a "high end" vehicle I felt unattended and that my business was not wanted. I had to insist to the manager, Dennis, 3 different times to run my credit before they actually decide to do it because they didn’t think I was a serious buyer. When I finally picked up the truck a week later, they did not bother to even detail the inside of the car as they promised and when I pointed this out they offered to “wipe it down with a rag” which made them seem even more careless. I bought the truck because I liked it but I would not recommend Dana or Benz and Beemer to any of my friends and family. More
