I had not gone through the car buying experience since 1981, since past employers have provided a car to me year over year. I didn't realize how pleasant an experience buying from them might be until aftr I visited five other dealers (4/5 = nightmare!). Through the initial visit, as well as the second and final visit ten days later, if I had one word to describe the people with whom I dealt, it would be "professional". They are not "used car salesmen". Rather, they are "sales professionals". My sales rep was Barry Bridges. He was positive and friendly throughout the sales process. He negotiated with me fairly on the sales price, my trade in, and in the end, was able to obtain what I considered to be a favorable finance rate. I was also impressed with the sales manager, Normand Neal. No pressure, no bogus sales tactics. Both Barry and Normand had excellent follow up. I would gladly recommend Certified Benz Beemer to anyone searching for a new or used luxury vehicle. I might add that Tracy Weaver in finance was terrific. She had me in and out of the financing portion of this transaction quickly, and explained everything very well. Kudos to you all! More

Our sales representative, Danny Quintana, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He worked extra hard figuring sales numbers, as we were initially interested in 3 different Corvettes, to help us decide the one to best fit are needs. He was more than accomodating allowing us to test drive multiple Corvettes without the pressure of a sales person along for the ride allowing my wife and I to make our decision.
