I love going car shopping. But I hate having to by a car. Being new to the Phoenix area I had no idea about any dealer’s reputation. I only went to this dealer as they had a vehicle that my wife and I were interested in. We got to the dealer 7:30PM Friday night and were driving home at 9:00PM in our new car. The purchasing of our car was painless. We were given a good offer on our trade and were provided a great price on our purchase. I enjoyed the experience so much that I am going back to them to find me a car that they do not have in their inventory as I would rather deal with this dealer rather than find the car I want at some other dealer. So far I am a happy customer. More

Employees were very helpful and courteous. If they didn't know the answer to a question they found it quickly from what ever sources they had available. They were great and friendly. My interest dropped 4% then what they told me it could be. No hassle. I have bought 16 cars in the last 10 years and it was the easiest buying process.
