It was a pleasure working with Glenn & Chris! When I arrived, Glenn came to greet me with some unfortunate news. The Torch Red 2008 Mustang GT had been shipped out lastnight! He then tried showing me around to see other mustangs they had available. He notice right away that their was no time to waste. If I was going to buy a car it had to be the Torch Red GT! They stopped their big sales meeting & the big boss went to work and stopped my GT from being sold! They had it returned in 1 hour! That was tremendous effort to satisfy a customer! First of all, the 10-day return policy is fantastic. I bought a BMW Z4 from Alex, but after a few days, wasn't comfortable with how low it was to the ground. I'm a tall guy and it's hard for me to get in bought a BMW Z4 from Alex, but after a few days, wasn't comfortable with how low it was to the ground. I'm a tall guy and it's hard for me to get in and out. So, I brought the car back and they got me into a 2008 Infiniti G35 for the same payment as the car I originally traded (2008 Ford Fusion). A great deal and the Infiniti is awesome. Lee even went to bat for me with the bank to keep a low rate and low down payment. Trevor and Chris are easy-going. Overall, a great experience. I would certainly go back! More

My overall experience was good. The only thing I think they could have done for me was send me on my way with a full tank of gas. The companies website said they would pay for out of town shoppers flights they could have done for me was send me on my way with a full tank of gas. The companies website said they would pay for out of town shoppers flights if they purchased a vehicle, but I drove up from Tucson (1.5 hr) and I recieved my vehicle almost on empty. I had already paid for a tank of gas to get up to Phoenix, so I was not too happy about filling up my new truck with almost $60 in gas. That aside Jeff and the staff were really friendly and very professional, and he even stayed open late to close my deal. More
