My experience with Certified Benz and Beamer in Scottsdale was very positive. A couple weeks later I made a return visit with the intent of purchasing a car. The original car I test drove had been sold and James was able to help me identify some other models with similiar features and a similiar price point. Additionally this dealer was extremely fair in the offer they made me on my trade in vehicle. They were able to offer me a trade in value that was a couple of thousand dollars more than another dealership offered me. This fair offer on my trade in really helped to make me comfortable with my decision to purchase a vehicle from CBB. The only downfall to my experience was an issue during the certification process. During certiifcation the window was being tinted and water got into the electrical system for the seating controls. This resulted in the car being delayed for a couple of days, however it also resulted in CBB installing a brand new electrical system for my car. So on a whole it resulted in my car being delayed a few days but with new components that I otherwise would have received used. Also after the purchase of my 2001 Mercedes S 55 I relocated across country and drove the car 2600 miles within a week of the purchase. The car held up very well and I could not be more satisfied with my car as well as my buying and trade-in experience. I would highly recommend CBB and I would also recommend James Valentine as he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importan the whole experience was pressure free. More

I originally bought my BMW from Certified Benz Beemer at their old Mesa location, and have been in the process of looking at a second vehicle for my wife. Eventhough, we haven't quite found the exact vehicle that meets both of those criteria, Brian has sent numerous text messages and emails with potential choices. Being in the sales field myself, I can appreciate his follow-up and persistence. So... this place has a lot of cool cars at some very good prices. I went in to look at two seven series BMWs that were around $25,000 and ended up leaving with a Chevy SSR. It's been a couple of months, and prices. I went in to look at two seven series BMWs that were around $25,000 and ended up leaving with a Chevy SSR. It's been a couple of months, and yes, I still love the truck!! What happened was that we looked at the two BMWs and while Jason (he's the salesman) went in to get keys to move a different vehicle so that we could go on a test drive, I saw the SSR. My girlfriend tells me, "You've always wanted one of those" and she was right. She talks me into test driving it, and I'm pretty sure that once Jason saw the look on my face (they put a corvette engine in them, so they have 390 horsepower) he knew he had the sale. The thing was the price. I had already done some looking at BMWs and knew that Certified Benz and BMW had competitive pricing on those, but wasn't prepared for the SSR talk. Through the magic of smart phones, though, I was able to check things out. We did a little negotiating (very little in fact, they started with a pretty attractive offer) and then I broke every rule in car buying and drove my new truck home!! Overall, the experience was great and Jason switched gears very fluidly from four door sedan to two door convertible truck. He made sure that we drove on the freeway both with the top up and down, which is a great idea when buying a convertible, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. More

I have purchased many autos both new and used and am normally Very frustrated with the whole experience. Each Dealer has to do the Same Dog and Pony Show....
