Originally went to the dealership to view a truck I saw online. The truck did not fit what I was looking for but over small talk with James Valentine, decided to look at a few other vehicles. While there online. The truck did not fit what I was looking for but over small talk with James Valentine, decided to look at a few other vehicles. While there, James pointed out a 2008 BMW 525Xi. I have always liked them. Ended up driving it and could not get it out of my mind once I left the dealership. Had a sleepless night actually. Long story short, I liked it so much I traded in my 2007 Audi Q7 on it. I went back and forth a bit with Normand and James on the BMW as well as my trade but all was cordial and definitely no pressure. It was a good experience. Very professional. The dealership was very clean and well organized. The car was not detailed as well as I would of liked but I did not want to stay and have it corrected. There was a lot of soap and water reside on it from washing as it was not rinsed or dried properly. Windows and mirrors also had residue and the interior arm rest glove box was not cleaned. Overall, the car was clean; it just was not "spotless" or "detailed for presentation" as much as I would of liked. Other than the detailing of the car at time of pick up, the overall experience was pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone. Their presentation and professionalism was great. I will go back there when ready to purchase again. They were very fair. More

I bought a car from them last week. They helped me get a car I was very happy with it is a 2007 Hummer. I had other dealerships not really giving me the information about the car cost and price, or the loan car I was very happy with it is a 2007 Hummer. So, I decided to give them a shot. I was very happy with the way Jason gave me the numbers up front. It made me feel they were being upfront and honest about everything. He even handed me the car fax of the vehicle. When I left I was happy. Chris told me he thought he could get me a better interest rate, and he would let me know on Monday. Well, when Monday rolled around I spoke to Chris, and I was absolutely delighted with what he had to say. He told me he got me a rate of 4.5%, but the lender wanted the car to have a warranty. I had been looking up warranty costs already and was even happier than when I left. I feel like this dealership went the extra mile that other dealerships don't seem to go, and I also feel that they are pretty honest. Chris thank you for working so hard to get me a great loan, and Jason thank you for helping me get the Hummer! I know I am going to probably be going back to this place to get another car in the future. More
