I have never bought a used car from a dealership before. So when I first walked into this dealership, I was sort of shocked from all the high end vehicles they had on display on the main floor. I had scheduled a test drive for a car I saw on their website, so I was a little confused about where to go. However, within a minute, I had a saleswoman helping me out with finding where I needed to go. The saleswoman that worked with me and helped me with my purchase was Paige. She is, to say the least, an incredible woman to work with. She was as, if not more, enthusiastic about the car I was going to test drive than me! She has a very fun personality and I'd highly recommend anyone to her. She is just that good! As for the dealership, I can say I'm a bit disappointed in how they've held up on their promises. It definitely isn't terrible service, but I was told a lot of my car's problems would be touched up before I got my car back. However, all the problems I pointed out weren't fixed. Perhaps what I asked wasn't reasonable, considering this was my first time going to a dealership. So take this paragraph with a grain of salt. Overall, it was a good experience and I hope that when I go back in their warranty will cover the items they said they would fix. More

I purchased a C230 from Certified Benz and Beemer a few months ago. This was not my first purchase from the dealership. I needed a 4 door sedan and this seemed to fit my needs. 9 days later I realized I months ago. This was not my first purchase from the dealership. I needed a 4 door sedan and this seemed to fit my needs. 9 days later I realized I needed something a little bigger with more power. Certified Benz and Beemer took the car back and James Valentine was able to find a C300 that fit our needs better than the C230. He was very patient and listened to exactly what I needed. I do not think any other dealership would have let me get out of my original deal and get me into something I really wanted 9 days after i purchased the C230. Their exchange policy along with their no pressure atmosphere and their knowledgeable sales staff are all about customer satisfaction. I will always buy my cars here. Overall good experience. I think most of us know what we are getting into when purchasing a new car. I did not feel like I was pressured or tricked in any way here. I went to other dealerships that day to compare similar cars. In the end I choose to purchase the car that they had for sale. It was very late and the dealership was actually closed when I signed the final contract, even then I did not feel rushed. I have contacted Brian a few times since the purchase and have had no problems getting a hold of him. I read some other reviews about the price listed was not the price they were asking and I did not have that experience. Out the door cost was not the same as sticker but I thought that was understood when buying a car (taxes and fees). More

My husband and I had been looking for a reliable, luxury sedan for sometime. I am a Toyota SUV girl at heart, but wanted to purchase a luxury sedan that gets good gas mileage. I had heard great things about Certified Benz and Beemer, and then I found my dream car on Ebay and it just so happened that Benz and Beemer had it. I called ahead to see if they still had it in stock and they did. When we got to the dealer, Danny had it running and was ready for us to test drive it (he even sat in the backseat and entertained our 7 month old daughter while on the test drive). The car had a few things that needed to be repaired and Danny was great about assisting me with the repairs and getting me safely on the road again. I have faith that my new car is all that I dreamed of, and if it needs any more repairs, I can be sure to get it repaired under the 3 month warranty that Certified Benz and Beemer includes in the purchase. Danny is not just a salesman, he is a friend who truly cares. Go Broncos! More

I was highly recommended to Danny by Scott in service and told him I would come to him when time to purchase. Well the time to purchase came a lot sooner then expected, BUT I was delighted to be able to wor told him I would come to him when time to purchase. They had it here in a reasonable amount of time as promised. Even after purchase they are making sure that any little dings and nicks it had are getting repaired. I TRULY DO NOT think I will ever buy a car from any other dealer. I sell real estate for a living and can really value service. THEY HAVE A CLIENT FOR LIFE!!!! A friend had just bought a car here and told me about the new 2011 Saabs they had. I had been thinking of getting a new car in the next 3 or 4 months so I went to talk to James. He was great. Also, I've dealt with many dealerships in Arizona and Washington state and have found very few to be anywhere near as friendly and accommodating as the people at Certified Benz & Beemer were. I found a car online that I was interested in and was shown the vehicle with no pressure whatsoever. I worked with Paige, who was friendly and down to earth - all personality! She didn't use any high-pressured sales ploys, which are normalcy at most dealerships. I was given a bunch of options, and when I had a question about a vehicle that she was unsure about, there were other people there to readily assist, also without any added pressure. Brian, who helped me as well, was knowledgeable and friendly and didn't pressure me into a car I would ultimately be unhappy with. Rather, he asked and listened to exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and I got into a vehicle that met all my needs at a good price. Even so far as the financing experience, which, as you all know, can be a nuisance and a drag, was quick and painless and there was no attempt to try to validate additional costs that would normally be hidden or downplayed. Chris made the financing experience simple while also educating me on warranty options, again without any pressure. Overall, this was hands down the best buying experience one could ask for, and the end result of the experience was a satisfied customer who will absolutely refer people to Certified for future car purchases.
