reasons to visit CBB Coming here wasn't my first choice, I had checked out other car dealerships but none of them were meeting my expectations. I found out about Certified Benz and Beemer online. I decided to go and check it out and as soon as I got there I knew I was going to find the car that I was looking for. I was very much interested in the BMWs they had there. Their cars are practically brand new. They have reasonable prices and the employees at CBB are friendly. My salesperson was Danny, hes a real good guy and I enjoyed working with him. I'm really glad I found out about this dealership because now I'm enjoying my bmw! More

Exceptional experience buying used vehicle I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years, and this is the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for an Infiniti QX56 and I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years, and this is the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for an Infiniti QX56 and sent an e-mail to several dealerships. The only one who immediately responded was Salesperson Bobby Ortega of Certified Benz & Beemer ("CBB"). Unfortunately for me, I did not immediately go to CBB and as a result had to endure a horrible experience at Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale. Once I learned that I had been duped by Pinnacle Nissan, I immediately contacted Bobby to inquire about a 2011 Infiniti QX56. Having bought numerous vehicles over the years, my experience with Bobby was so much more than I could have expected, especially in light of the fact I purposefully brought my teenage daughter with me so she could experience the process of buying a vehicle. I was extremely happy from the first moment I talked to Bobby. I explained the unprofessional experience I had just had at Pinnacle Nissan and needed reassurance the Infiniti shown on CBB's website was still available. While on the phone with me, Bobby walked outside to confirm the vehicle was indeed available. Once my daughter and I arrived, there was no pressure. Bobby was very helpful and courteous through the entire process. This was the first no pressure car buying experience I have ever had and I explained to my daughter this experience was out of the ordinary. I would recommend Bobby and this dealership to anyone and have told everyone I know about my exceptional experience at CBB, and especially with Bobby. My family will be coming back to CBB and Bobby for our next car. More
