I was extremely pleased with my car buying experience today! After months of car searching, I came across the CBB website and was suprised by the low advertised prices. With Brians assistance I was driving home in my new (well used, but new to me :-)BMW in time for lunch! Scott Paisch- Service Manager was awesome!! I am a female driver with little knowledge about fixing Mercedes-Benz and Scott made me comfortable and I was confident in his judgement and overall care for my ve driver with little knowledge about fixing Mercedes-Benz and Scott made me comfortable and I was confident in his judgement and overall care for my vehicle. I took my vehicle in this week to get a noise looked at that was getting worse. It happened that I needed a new battery too. After waiting some time, Scott gave me good news that I didn't expect. He said that my vehicle was still under factory warranty and that if I took my vehicle to the MB dealer in Phoenix- Another Service Manager there would be waiting for me and my vehicle. Scott took the time to find out that my battery, shocks and a harness would be covered under warranty along with a recall on a part of the vehicle. This was great news, I could of easily paid for everything without knowing any different. But this shows the type of business CBB runs and I am truly grateful! Scott is an asset and I am glad he's part of the CBB family and that I can easily reach him with any issues I may have with my vehicle! Thank you!! More
