Great experience! My husband I and were looking for a BMW X5 with a third row and found one here. Our sales rep, Jeff Hallenbeck, was so nice and totally no pressure. My husband I and were looking for a BMW X5 with a third row and found one here. Our sales rep, Jeff Hallenbeck, was so nice and totally no pressure. He was great!! They followed through on all the promises and everything was fantastic! Since the car did not have running boards, they installed them for us. Travis Woodyard in service was also very professional and nice to work with. Our first experience here was an overall excellent one and would definately come back again. More

Bobby Ortega is the Best! Even though we didn't purchase our car through Certified Benz and Beemer, we had a great experience there! They had a wonderful selection of vehicles and Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! No pressure, just friendly, fun and accommodating. Unfortunately, since we had a very specific car in mind (color, year, packages, etc.), we found what we were looking for at a different dealership and ended up buying from them. I say "unfortunately" because our experience at BMW North Scottsdale was the worst car buying experience of our lives! We will NEVER go back there! I called Bobby and Chris Reyes in the middle of the deal, considering dropping the deal and going back to them, just for piece of mind. Next time we will start and hopefully end with them! More

During that time, Bobby Ortega of CBB remained a true professional example of how to treat people right and I quickly realized that when the right car came along, Bobby Ortega is whom I would purchase a car from. I always felt his main priority was ensuring my car needs were met, rather than trying to sell me any car, just to make a sale. I have purchased many cars over the years and this experience was by far the best. I cannot recommend CBB and Bobby Ortega high enough. High quality cars at a very good price, what more can a customer ask for! More
