I think most people cringe at the idea of visiting dealerships and having the inevitable encounter with the "car salesman". Before I stopped Certified Benz and Beemer I had visited several other dealerships, no luck. The cars at the other dealerships were OK I suppose, but their staff of sales people didn't do anything to make me feel comfortable or taken care of. I was disappointed and I figured I wouldn't find what I was looking for today. One last stop on the way home, Certified Benz and Beemer. I've driven past the place probably a thousand times since I've lived here. They had a pre-owned Honda I had seen online. I walked in without high expectations, I had never done any research I had no idea what kind of reputation they had. I was quickly greeted and a salesman was directed my way. Enter Bobby Ortega. Can't say enough nice things about him. He was incredibly genuine and beyond helpful. He'll give you realistic expectations right off the bat so you don't have to play the mind games you might otherwise have to. I'll be honest I pretty much made up my mind on purchasing the vehicle during the test drive as we talked. Actually talked, learned a little bit about each other, explained all about the car, it was great. When you talk to Bobby it kind of feels like you've known the guy your whole life which is excellent because it felt like I was buying from a friend. Yea, I bought it, Bobby got me a great deal. The car was what I needed and then some. It actually worked out great because the originally vehicle I had wanted was with another dealer, but it had sold 5 minutes before I showed up. After that I didn't have high hopes I'd be able to get the vehicle I needed that day. Really fortunate and blessed to have been able to stop by and talk with Bobby. The whole process was incredibly smooth, I've never had a car buying experience go so well. They do everything for you so you don't have to worry about making the terrible trip to the DMV.
