There were a few issues we noticed after we took delivery and CBB promptly scheduled it for service and provided a loaner car. Everything has been addressed to our complete satisfaction. Your Service Director, Mr. Lombardo, personally took care us to make sure we were given the best service available. He was a pleasure to deal with. This car dealership is a notch above the rest. We've experienced it. We've always owned luxury cars and have had great service from Cadillac dealers and the like but we've never been treated this well anywhere, ever. Rich welcomed me with open arms and was incredibly open minded and attentive regarding my inquiries. He guided me through the numbers and the experience of the car. Although I did not buy the car (as someone beat me to it-alas!), Rich made the whole process a breeze through. Contrary to the several other car dealers I went to see for various other cars, Rich was friendly, curious, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, PATIENT! He followed up with me when as he said, without obsessively harassing me with daily phone calls. He promised to keep his eyes out for another car that would fit my desires and he did. Although I purchased a car from another dealer (I didn't want the opportunity to slip through my hands again), I definitely would have trusted Rich and B&B for my car purchase if I had the chance. Excellent Service I had to come in for service on my recently purchased 2011 328i BMW. It was a bit frustrating because the car was only a few weeks old and I had to al I had to come in for service on my recently purchased 2011 328i BMW. It was a bit frustrating because the car was only a few weeks old and I had to already get service done. Turns out, there was a bad spark plug that needed to be changed. Fortunately, I worked with Travis Woodyard who was very helpful and fixed the issue right away. Probably about I week later I had an issue with my tires so I emailed Travis, he called me back within that same day which I was very happy about. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as assistance goes with getting new tires but was very pleased. Travis seemed very eager to help me and ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. He advised me to bring the car in to get looked at so at least we will know what has to get done. While the issues with my car weren't major, he still made me feel like it was a priority to get the issues fixed. I definitely will go to Travis next time I have any business with the service department. More
