my experience buying a vehicle for the second time this is my second purchase with this dealership. I first purchased a 2008 Mercedes 550SL approx 6 months ago. I have a number of problems with this ve this is my second purchase with this dealership. I first purchased a 2008 Mercedes 550SL approx 6 months ago. I have a number of problems with this vehicle and was total unhappy with car. My salesperson Alex Kankus, brought me into a meeting with the sale manager who along with Alex were able to resolve all of my concern by replacing the vehicle with a newer model a 2009 550SL. their was a small price increase but one I could live with.Then their was an issue about the vehicle having only one key. was told that after I had agreed to purchase and the finance had been done in other words the deal was done. I paid $300 dollars at another dealer for a scone key. I was very upset. Alex directed me to the owner who listen to my concern and at the end of our conversation wrote me a check for 300 dollars covering the cost of the key. For me at the end of the day all of my concern were resolved with great satisfaction. Everyone in the dealership listen and then delivered with great customer care .The question then become would I recommend a friend or family member to Alex and his team Professional sales and service? I would respond with a Resounding YES I would. More

Pleasant Experience Can't beat the price! Richard was very pleasant, no pressure sales talk and was nice enough to pick me up from my workplace on the opposite side of to Can't beat the price! The owner's manual and 2nd key were missing on delivery but I was provided with replacement by mail. The key had to be programmed by Porsche, so that's were I picked it up.
