Their claims of customer service and overall concern fo making the customer happy are completely supported by their actions. In my case, I was faced with a difficult situation concerning the first vehicle I selected. Fearful I would have nothing but trouble I contacted Certified Benz & Beermer about possible solutions. Without hesitation they provided help, peace of mind options. I was offered a loaner vehicle, the problem was remedied and they got me off in a new car no questions asked! Their only concern was for me and that my buying experience was a positive and pleasant one. Incredible! I have already referred them to many of my friends and family and certainly plan on using Certified Benz and Beemer for all my future auto purchases. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Please believe me when I say this dealership is ONE OF A KIND. 10 stars in by book! More

Great Experience at Certified Benz and Beemer! Going into the dealership, I already knew which specific view I would be looking at. I was originally going to work with James, however, due to a sche Going into the dealership, I already knew which specific view I would be looking at. I was originally going to work with James, however, due to a scheduling conflict he quickly grabbed another salesperson, Danny. Right away, Danny was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions during the test drive. I am not the most educated when it comes to car mechanics and features so Danny was able to break it down so that I was comfortable with the information we were going over. He was very patient throughout the process and gave me the impression that "there is never a bad question". While we were going over the finances, Danny made sure that I knew exactly what I was looking at so by the time I had to sign, I know exactly what the agreement was. He even ran back and forth a couple times with the finance department when I asked about different down payments so that I could see the numbers on paper and compare, he didn't once look irritated and did everything with a smile. This made me realize that I chose the right dealership to come to and am extremely happy with my purchase of a 2011 BMW 328i. I would happily recommend the dealership with my friends because I am comfortable saying that Certified Benz and Beemer are true professionals and understand what it means to provide customer service to individuals who aren't the most car savvy. More
