I couldn’t be happier with the 2010 Mercedes CLS550 I recently bought from Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale, AZ. Not only did Gary answer all of my questions frankly and honestly, but he really went out of his way to help me in any way he could. He actually came-in on his day-off and worked with me until after 9:00 pm on July 3rd just so I could drive the car home before the long 4th of July holiday weekend. By the time I found CB&B I had already spent 3-4 weeks scouring the internet for a car, so I recognized a great deal when I saw it. CB&B's list price on the vehicle was nearly $3000 below Kelly Blue Book value, which was far better than I had found at any other dealer in the nation. Also, unlike many other dealerships I’ve dealt with, CB&B did not try to add lots of bogus, unlisted and unwarranted costs onto the price of the vehicle after I told them I was interested in buying it (that is, they did not try to charge me for things like “dealer prep,” “shipping,” etc …). CB&B is an honest dealer! In fact, they priced the car so fairly that I couldn’t bring myself to ask for a better deal than they were already offering. This is the first car I've ever bought at list price and I have no regrets whatsoever. When I’m ready to buy my next car, my first call will be to Certified Benz & Beemer. More

Even when I wanted to visit on his day off he recommended another person to help me in his absence. James Valentine was very helpful in showing me all 3 levels of vehicles at the site. When I finally test drove my original selection, Jeff was courteous, friendly, and informative. The BMW I looked at was beautiful and it was a hard decision to make but I decided on another vehicle at a different location. However, I would highly recommend to anyone to visit C B & B if searching for a quality vehicle at a fair price with excellent customer service.
