I had a couple of others that I also wanted to look at and he encouraged me to look and compare them to the car and the deal he was offering. Chris also took the time to show me how to work all the options and to answer any questions that I had. My experience was a good one and not what's expected from a car dealer. More

Danny and Lee were upfront and did everything possible I was treated with respect and Danny came out and talked to me instead of sitting in his chair. Danny and Lee were upfront and did everything possible to make sure I was helped in anyway possible and helped me get the vehicle that I wanted. Great Dealership I recently just bought a X3 2010 BMW. I wasnt really considering about getting another BMW at first. Jay Horne the sales agent helped me picked the pe I recently just bought a X3 2010 BMW. I wasnt really considering about getting another BMW at first. Jay Horne the sales agent helped me picked the perfect vehicel for me. After decribing what I wanted he told me he had that perfect SUV for me. He took me to look at a 2010 X3. I was a little stand offish at first but once I drove the car I feel inlove it! The price was in my budget and it was the color that I was looking for. From there that was the car I wanted and was the only car I looked at. Jay did a great job helping me find the perfect car! He is an awesome and sweet sales agent and doesnt make you feel pressured to buy anything. The next person that helped me was Peter Williams he did an awesome job in the financal department helping me find the perfect lender! My over all experience was great! Jim Beyer, the sa My car buying experience at Certified Benz and Beemer was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealership. Jim Beyer, the salesman, was very courteous and professional. I expressed my time constraints on the day I stopped by for a test drive and he worked to make sure I was in and out in time to keep my appointments. Many dealerships want to keep you there all day by holding your license and keys until you buy a car from them. The negotiated price was fair and where the dealership would not come down any further on price they would offer additional service instead. I did the paperwork for the purchase the following day with Jeff Hallenbeck who was also very courteous and professional. There were no surprises in the paperwork and no high pressure to buy the extended warranty offered by the dealership. In fact he gave me advice on what to look for in a extended warranty when shopping for one. I did not want to buy that day without doing a little comparison shopping first. Like Jim, Jeff worked to get me in and out as quickly as possible. This is how the car buying experience should be. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car. More

I am a very picky person when it comes to what I am looking for as well as what I am willing to pay. Chris was really easy to work with and I didn't feel any sort of sales pressure or demeaning attitude. As a female purchasing a vehicle I seemed to come across this at other dealerships I previously visited which makes the buying experience not as pleasant. Not only did I find the perfect car, I was able to negotiate the price I wanted to spend as well. I will definatly recommend him to anyone. More
