Great Experience I have never bought a car in my whole 55 years of life through a dealership (although one exception, a friend who owned dealership). We met with Jim Beyer and soon were test driving a 2011 used Cooper. The condition of the vehicle was excellent. My wife and I were driving all the way to Phoenix from Tucson so we had a list of vehicles to see. That said, the only thing that Jim said was "just please have a word with the sales manager" so we thought here comes the sales pitch...so we meet with Trevor Gaiser and he very cordially thank us for visiting Certified Benz and Beemer and asked us if we liked the vehicle and then said good luck and we would love to see you back. That was it! So after dealing with the other dealerships we definitely made it back to Certified Benz and Beemer. It was the best deal in town and they did not have tell us that, I guess they knew we would figure that out on or own. So we finalized the deal with Jeff Hallenbeck and were on our way to Tucson with our Cooper. Kudos to a great and confident dealership! More

Our experience throughout the purchase process from initial contact to driving off the showroom floor was actually a breath of fresh air. We initiated our initial contact through the USAA Car Buying Service via the internet. Next we were contacted via the internet by James Valentine regarding the vehicle we were researching and interested in informing us the vehicle of interest was currently in the dealership's inventory. We reached out to James via telephone to answer questions regarding the vehicle we were interested in before making an appointment to visit the dealership. Visiting the dealership was an enjoyable experience and everyone we encountered in the purchase of the new vehicle and trade in of our current vehicle could not have been more professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgable and very much themselves during the complete transaction. The entire process was transparent, seamless and straight forward with every team member involved, which included James Valentine, James Chapman, Chris Barone and last but not least Jeff Hallenbeck. The owner's and management of this dealership should also be acknowledged for the entire professionalism that is apparent and displayed by their entire team. In the not to distant future we will be considering a replacement for our second vehicle and we will definitely call and visit this dealership to hopefully assist us with a replacement vehicle. More

Often it is difficult to feel as though you are on the same page with a salesman - it is pretty simple with James. He works for you too. My husband and I dread buying cars from dealerships, because usually it takes at least 5 hours, and you feel like your donating an organ. Alex was so easy to deal with throughout the entire process. He made us feel comfortable, he was knowledgeable, and there was no pressure whatsoever. He showed us our options, and asked us if we liked any of them, and that was it. And it was his birthday, and didn't act like he needed to hurry us at all. Then, Dustin Johnson, the finance guy (you know the ones you never want to talk to), was very nice, informative, and very laid back. He explained everything thoroughly, and had us out of there in less than 20 min. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone of my family members or friends.
