Although Tyson is a good service rep, I had to return my car to the shop 5 times before it was fixed. And I always felt it was not cleaned on each return and I had to ask for it to be done. (An experience I am sadly too familiar with in the world of used cars) They had a large number of super shiny fast cars that I immediately wanted to take onto a deserted highway but that wasn't why I was there. They let me take the 2010 Toyota Prius to my mechanic. It checked out as cleanly as Paige said it would. She had the windshield wipers which were worn out replaced and the missing custom lug nut (and who gets custom lug nuts?) was also covered. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly which didn't surprise me as they were trying to sell me something. The wonderful thing though was I didn't feel as if they were trying to sell me something I wasn't sure I wanted. More

I have had good, bad and ugly dealings with dealerships in the past. The experience I had with Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, was easily the best to date. The sales staff (Chris Nall in particular) is not pushy or fake. My wife and I were treated well and not pressured at all. We knew what we wanted, and no one tried to sell us something we didn't need, or want. We actually ended up buying the exact used vehicle we had intended to. To top the entire experience off, we didn't have to spend an entire day waiting or negotiating. Our Finance Manager (Tracey), was very helpful, informative and no-noncense. Dealings with the staff after the sale has been awesome as well. We actually ran across our saleman (Chris) at the gas station the next day. He went out of his way to see how we were, and if we were happy with our purchase (which we are!). The whole experience was painless. In fact, I would go so far as to say, enjoyable! More
