Boy, were we pleased with our decision! The long drive was so worth it, as we were well taken care of. James put together our preliminary loan application and when we got to the dealership we immediately were swept off to test drive the car. Chris entertained us, along with the girls, beginning with the test drive and throughout our time at the dealership. The girls had great things to say about the dealership personnel who sat with them periodically while watching the World Cup, offering refreshments as they waited. Dustin, in Finance had all our paperwork ready for us and we were in and out of his office within minutes. Our previous experience with a dealership in Orange County was one of distrust as they lied to the bank through changing information on our loan application. At CBB, we knew all our information was accurately and truthfully sent to the bank as they verified all information my husband and I gave them. We went through USAA and not 5 minutes after I was approved Chris Nall called me answered all my questions and when I got in to see him he was very understanding that I was going to have to call my husband through out the process and with him being over seas that it could take time.
