After looking all over the valley for an SUV we stumbled across on at CBB. We are about 1 1/2 hour drive away from the dealership so I called to make sure they still had the vehicle in stock and to get some across on at CBB. He collected all of the information on our trade and told me all about Sequoia we were interested in. Jeff was very understanding when I had to reschedule our first appointment and promised to have the vehicle up front waiting for us when we got there and to try and get us in and out the door as quickly as possible. He kept his promise!! We loved the truck and were in and out in about an hour or so. We had a wonderful experience and it was all worth the drive. The entire staff was great to work with!! Thank you! Great experience with this dealer. My car had been totaled in an accident so when I showed up on a bicycle I was afraid I wouldn't be taken seriously.
