From the moment I arrived at the dealership without my husband, to the point at which Steven handed me the keys to my 2010 BMW GT 550i, the service was outstanding. Once my husband met me at the dealership, Steven made sure that we looked at each of the three cars we'd seen online the previous night. Actually, I was sure that the first car was the one, but he gently encouraged us to take a look at the other two cars before making a final decision. I'm glad we did because I ultimately chose the second vehicle in a color that I wouldn't have picked in a million and one years. Three weeks later, I am still in love with the car! It's perfect for me, and we couldn't be more grateful to Steven for his patience and guidance. It was such a fun experience. In fact, everyone we encountered during the 5+ hours we were there was so nice and friendly. They made what could have been an incredibly frustrating experience an immensely memorable one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle at a fair price. They are amazing!!! And after purchasing the car and spending a few days with it, I noticed a couple of kinks. So, I called my Service Manager, Maurice Freeman, about the minor issues, and he asked when I wanted to bring the car in to have it checked out. I decided to wait until the day I was originally scheduled to have the windows tinted. On the day I arrived, he had a loaner for me and offered assurance that they'd take care of everything. True to form, when I picked up my car a few days later (we had to wait for an ordered part to arrive), the issues were resolved, and my car was ready to go...They even washed it. Their commitment to service and customer satisfaction is a prized commodity, and greatly appreciated--especially as two people who make their living selling to others! We're completely sold!!! More

We drove the cars and tested each ones performance. We made our decision and Danny started the approval process and within a short while he had our trade-in approved and we were driving off the dealership lot with our 'new-used' automobile. I explained our situation and he was extremely helpful arranging for a tow service and getting our vehicle in with a technician the first thing the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick response the following day with the analysis of the problem and the cost for the repair. When we picked up the car later that day, the cost was as quoted over the phone, no surprises or gotchas. It was a very pleasant experience working with Travis and CBB, one that we will definitely consider if we decide to move to Scottsdale. More

I found out about Certified Benz and Beemer online. I decided to go and check it out and as soon as I got there I knew I was going to find the car that I was looking for. I was very much interested in the BMWs they had there. Their cars are practically brand new. They have reasonable prices and the employees at CBB are friendly. My salesperson was Danny, hes a real good guy and I enjoyed working with him. I'm really glad I found out about this dealership because now I'm enjoying my bmw! More
