Also you can't return the car even the purchase is within 3 days, they only do exchange, which you have to pick a higher value car. After sales service is terrible. Don't ever purchase a car here! In spite of the fact I was not shopping for a luxury car, I talked to Jeff Hallenbeck, the Internet Sales Associate, and he was respectful, patiently answered all my questions, and was willing to go above and beyond what one would expect. When I said I wanted to test drive the car the next day, Jeff said it was his day but he would come in and take care of me. Unbelievable! Instead, I met with Trevor Gaiser, the General Sales Manager, who allowed me to drive the car 45 miles back to my home in Sun City West so I could take it to my mechanic to look the car over - who gave an excellent report. I had a problem with the standard transmission and let Trevor know I wasn't going to buy the car. When I took the car back the following day both Jeff and Trevor greeted me and they were both so understanding and accepting of my decision not to buy the car. In the future I will be buying a luxury car and I look forward to Jeff Hallenbeck assisting me in finding the perfect car. More

But I was willing to give them a chance because they had a vehicle I wanted at the right price. Once I got there, salesman was very apologetic and I was willing to give him a chance. I was pleasantly surprised after they appraised my trade-in vehicle. Because they had a vehicle that I was very interested in, at a decent price, and arranging for no money down financing. Within 24 hours of driving off with the vehicle I noticed some conditions which I felt were wrong with the vehicle. I had to escalate my complaint(s) up the organizational chain until they landed on the General Manager's desk. In the end CBB took care of my complaint(s) and repaired the vehicle to my satisfaction. Now I am very happy with the vehicle. I would recommend CBB if you are in the market for a used vehicle. More
