Who buys a car online sight unseen?!?! But I'm happy I did! Owning my last car over 10yrs because I hate the car buying experience, Certified B&B made it super easy! Bobby was friendly & his customer service is the kind of service people return for! From beginning until end he was available to answer any questions I had, provide requested information & helped to ease my concerns with buying a car online. Even gave me a military discount! I LOVE MY NEW CAR! If I'd known it was this easy I might not have waited so long to purchase a new car! Thank you Bobby & Certified Benz & Beemers! I wanted to give them 5 out of 5 but the shipping process was frustrating for me as I'm an out of state customer & it took the company they selected to handle the shipping process 4 DAYS to bring the car about 300 miles! Maybe this is typical I don't know as I've never brought a vehicle online before. But my suggestion would be to save the shipping cost & the disappointment & fly down one way and pick the vehicle up yourself. More

My awesome test drive experience with Travis W. I just had the time of my life test driving 5 cars at Certified Benz and Beemer! My salesperson was Travis W and he did an excellent job of showing me I just had the time of my life test driving 5 cars at Certified Benz and Beemer! My salesperson was Travis W and he did an excellent job of showing me exactly what I was looking for and even showed me one car I never would have thought of driving (which I liked). No pressure to buy at all and he spent about 3 hours with me. it was a fun experience! The test drives were superb! I really learned a lot from him about cars, too. I can't decide which car I want yet, but they have everything I could want there. Ask for Travis W when you go there! More

Since I live approximately 2000 miles away I thought that this deal could NEVER happen... Well guess what, I should be receiving it in about two weeks! Un-happy coustmer We walked in knowing what we wanted. 15 mins. to fine the car we were looking for. Went for a drive and bought the car. We had new wheels put on the car. The Sales man was unable to give us information on the vehicle. Not knowing the product, he's sealing. It was a 2011, E350. Couldn't seem to get all his paper work done in a timely manner. Gary was going to have the car cleaned while we were waiting, that didn't happen. We were to get 2 sets of keys to the car. The second key didn't fit the car, not his problem. It cost us $280.00 for the second Key. When I called Gary back, he didn't know who I was. I know it was a walk in walk out deal, no trade-in, but we should have had better service. I still have to have the car detailed, because there is still food and drink on the dash board. My other car is a BMW, and the sales people and my Service man knows me when I go into there dealership. So far I am not satisfied with your dealership.
