Fantastic! I went into Certified Benz and Beemer looking to purchase a Jeep I seen online. Jim was the representative helping us out and he went above and beyond I went into Certified Benz and Beemer looking to purchase a Jeep I seen online. Jim was the representative helping us out and he went above and beyond to try to get us the financing on the jeep. Ultimately we decided to go with the Camaro instead. It was a steal for the price and had low mileage that I still can't believe! Tracy helped us get all the paperwork signed in a timely manner and everyone was very polite and professional. I found a couple that were very nice cars. My son and I brought my wife back on Monday, drove two, and made a deal. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. Working with him made the whole buying process so much easier.
