CBB's level of service and regard for their clients takes the 'used' out of used car dealership and their BMW and Mercedes Benz selection is also quite impressive. They're definately worth the stop before heading into the other well-known lots in town if you're looking for a lightly-used, high-end ride and if you do, ask for Mr. Valentine. My partner and I were interested in buying a used BMW Z4. I had three previous Z4s and was ready to enjoy another. He said we could come right over if we wished and we decided to just go and look. This my partner's first time driving a Z4. I already knew I liked the make and model and he fell in love with it immediately. It was simply the right combination of color, features, mileage, and price. When buying a used vehicle it is often challenging to find one that matches your wish list. So, we found the right car and from there it just came down to getting a fair deal. We felt no pressure at all. Just clear communication and straightforward negotiations. I had hoped for a bit more on my trade it allowance, but they did work with me there and I was satisfied. We settled on a fair price and declined some extras. The finance department was painless too. We did negotiate a bit there with a warranty but ultimately had a pleasant experince and are pleased with the final deal. Everyone was polite and friendly and never gave the impression of being shady. I have made over 30 vehicle purchases in my life and this was one of the more pleasant transactions. More
